Really rude! Firstly they are cold calling trying to sell you insurance. And secondly I asked for the name of the person and she refused to give me her name. She then transferred me to another person who gave me a fake name AMY SMITH!! . Eventually was transferred to a Manager or he said he was called Derek Pillay and informed me the name of the caller was AMY PILLAY- the rudest person i have ever spoken too she was yelling on the phone ridiculous!!

Tell them where to shove it when these scammers call. Clearly praying on people who get them confused with their own life insurance companies.

Anyone who even considers working for this people should be ashamed of their scummy actions.

Man on the phone laughed and got very angry when i wasn't convinced that the existence of a basic website was enough to convince me that a caller who goes straight into confirming details of a life insurance policy was legit. the website says that there are over 22,000 positive reviews on 'feefo'. It doesn't come up on the website...

if real - the guy was incredibly unprofessional

must be early wherever he called from and he hasn't had his coffee yet. Apparently this is the first time in 4 and a half years that someone has challenged him which i doubt. Looking up the phone number on 'whocalled' also indicates a scam.

In my opinion, its one worth avoiding if you ask me

This is a SCAM company trying to get your personal information. DO NOT speak to them!

They will ask you for personal information to do a "REVIEW" of your life insurance policy.

They are not registered with Companies House. They are not registered with the Financial Services Authority. They have no contact information on their website. They called me from this number
