Viel bezahlt, nichts bekommen

Sehr enttäuschend.

Für ca. 200 € Silikongeschirr gekauft, erwartet wurde hochwertige, nachhaltige Qualität. Stattdessen: „Made in China“, widersprüchliche Aussagen vom Kundenservice (angeblich Indien) und irrelevante Zertifikate.

Ware Anfang Dezember retourniert – bis Mitte März keine Rückerstattung, trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen. Man wird nur vertröstet, zuletzt gar keine Antwort mehr.

Auch das behaltene Lätzchen überzeugt nicht: zu dick, trocknet schlecht, riecht schnell.

Preis-Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.
@Liewood: Ich will endlich mein Geld zurück!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could write a review and give zero stars I would. I strongly advise anyone against ordering from this company. I placed an order for a suitcase and it arrived damaged. There was also a gift with purchase running for a free drawing board and they didn’t fulfil this and then claimed it was my fault for not adding the product to my basket. Yet there was no instructions saying that you had to and no pop up to prompt you, despite them claiming that there was. I wrongly assumed it would be sent with my order in the absence of any instructions otherwise. They are now refusing to fulfil the gift with purchase in order to be fair to other customers who experienced the same issue, implying I was not the only one. It honestly feels like a con and I will never order from them again. Don’t spend your money on a brand that doesn’t care about it customers.

Update:

You will see Liewood have responded below and asked me to contact them so the can see if they can help. I did and got the same disappointing response as before and no change of stance from them. So they have purely written that review to try and look good to anyone reading it. Don’t trust a word they say!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Schon zum zweiten Mal ist eine Rekalamtion ins Leere verlaufen. Fürs erste Kind eine Trinkflasche gekauft, nach kurzer Zeit ist der Verschluss an einer unzugänglichen Stelle geschimmelt. Ein no-go bei einer Kindertrinkflasche. Auf meine Reklamation direkt beim Kundenservice kam keine Rückmeldung, erst als ich eine negative Bewertung hinterlassen habe hat sich sofort jemand gemeldet.
Beim zweiten Kind eine neue Trinkflasche gekauft (Modell „Kimmie“). Nach zwei Wochen Nutzung ist vom Deckel ein Stück abgebrochen, wodurch die Flasche nicht mehr dicht ist. Ersatzteil gibts keines, laut Kundenservice. Die quasi neue, 28.- euro teure Flasche landet somit im Müll. Das hat mit Nachhaltigkeit oder Kundwnfreundlichkeit nichts zu tun. Finger weg von Liewood. Nie mehr wieder!

No spare parts

No spare parts - silicones lid of my lunch box fell apart, I asked customer service if they could send me a new lid as the quality is so poor, would have paid for it - they want to force people to buy new. Big marketing con for first time parents...looks good awful quality, no regards for consumers.

No spare parts, a straw of a drink bottle doesn't last very long. They don't provide any spares whilst they claim to be a sustainable brand. Almost 60€ for 2 bottles next to useless.

Extrem teurer Rücksendekosten.

Ich habe soeben erfahren, dass man für den Rückversand Liewood € Zeit, das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen es wird sehr versteckt auf der Webseite kommuniziert. Es steht großzügig da 30 Tage Rückgaberecht aber nicht welche Kosten damit Zusammenhängen. Das ist Irreführung. Dann schicke ich lieber alles zurück und behalte gar nichts.

I de solgte drikkedunke er der løse…

I de solgte drikkedunke er der løse plastik rør - som jo let bliver væk. Det er umuligt for dem at sende os et par stykker og dermed er drikkedunkende helt ubrugelige.
Jeg har fået et standard svar om at de desværre ikke kan levere “reservedele”.
Det handler om at tage 3 sugerør og putte dem i en konvolut.
Det handler vist om mer salg og ikke om at mindste ressource forbruget i denne verden.

Avoid. Terrible customer service.
I’ve been a loyal Liewood customer for nearly 5 years. I accidentally placed an order and contacted them immediately to cancel, but they refused and insisted I pay around £20 in return shipping and customs.

For a brand charging £150+ for children’s items, this level of inflexibility is shocking. Many other Scandinavian brands offer free UK returns and far better support. I won’t be buying from Liewood again.

Schlechte Qualität nicht für Kinder geeignet!

Ich habe mir zur Geburt unseres Sohnes eine Kinderwagenkette von Liewood gewünscht und diese auch bekommen und mich sehr darüber gefreut da ich bis dahin dachte liewood sei eine hochwertige Kindermarke.
Jedoch ging die Kette sofort kaputt nachdem mein 5 Monate alter Sohn sie einmal zu fassen bekam was einfach nicht sein darf! Der Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass ohne Rechnung gar nichts möglich ist und es somit mein Pech ist, dass es ein Geschenk war…Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und rate jedem von dieser überteuerten qualitativ schlechten Marke ab!

Lad være med at købe silikone service…

Lad være med at købe silikone service hos Liewood.
Tingene absorberer sæbe fra både opvaskemaskine og håndvask, og det mad der efterfølgende serveres smager og lugter kraftigt af sæbe - selv ved neutral opvaskemiddel.
Det er simpelthen så ringe, når deres ting står til så hamper priser, at man efter få ganges brug ikke længere kan bruge tingene forsvarligt. Børn skal jo ikke sidde og spise opvaskemiddel til morgenmad.

Teurer Rückversand nach Polen

Teurer Rückversand nach Polen – nie wieder Liewood.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Ich musste eine Jacke zurückschicken und erst danach erfahren, dass die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten nach Polen geht – über 21 Euro Versandkosten! Für eine Marke in diesem Preissegment ist das absolut kundenunfreundlich.

„Schlechte Erfahrung mit Leafwood: Qualität mangelhaft, Service unkulant“

Ich habe bei Liewood bestellt und bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Produkte kamen teilweise beschädigt an und wiesen deutliche Qualitätsmängel auf – für den hohen Preis hätte ich etwas ganz anderes erwartet. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurde mir lediglich ein Preisnachlass von 20 % angeboten, anstatt die Möglichkeit zu bekommen, die Ware ordnungsgemäß zurückzusenden. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als sehr kundenunfreundlich.

Insgesamt ist die Marke für das, was sie bietet, viel zu teuer. Qualität, Service und Entgegenkommen stimmen hier überhaupt nicht. Ich kann Liewood daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very disappointed with the quality

Very disappointed with the quality. I love the design, but Liewood does not meet expectations when writing "designed to last" and the product breaks after only one use.

We were gifted the Joana baby set and the cup broke in half. The bowl's print faded after a few washes and the surface plastic started breaking into pieces. When reaching out to customer service, there is nothing they can do without a receipt. This seems kind of strange considering this was a gift and we cannot get the receipt for it. Clearly the product material is faulty, but Liewood doesn't really care, thereby please take this into consideration this if giving someone Liewood products as a gift - you'll need to hand over the receipt as well if the gift receiver needs to make a complaint or otherwise they are denied service.

I have been contacted by the company who apologized, and offered a symbolic compensation (a plush-toy for my child).

I have been reassured that, although the material (polylactic plastic) is not directly dangerous for the health, the particular product has been considered not durable enough for Liewood standards and is no longer on sale. I have also been reassured that the company has a process to monitor products with unsatisfactory quality and removes them from circulation and recalls them if necessary.

Finally, I have been informed that the case will be escalated to management in order to adapt the type of reaction provided by the claims department in such situations, in order to avoid deaftone responses such as this one.

Liewood 'customer care' has contacted me in order to organize a phone call to
- better understand my perspective
- explain the functioning and regulations of the reclamation process
- present the matter to headquarters for their input.

Response sent as requested in the answer by Liewood redirecting them to their ticketing system (claimlane). Will update again if a response is sent.

Dans une réponse du service client, ils me rassurent que le plastique que mes enfants a ingéré en raison de la dégradation de leur produit est non toxique et ne pose pas de risque à la santé. MES ENFANTS NE MANGENT PAS DE PLASTIQUE!

J'ai reçu un set d'assiettes pour enfants en cadeau. Au bout de quelques mois, l'assiette pèle et des bouts de plastique se retrouvent dans la nourriture.

J'écris à l'entreprise, qui ne répond à rien sans preuve d'achat (c'était un cadeau). Ils n'en ont rien à faire que leurs clients ingèrent du plastique... Restez loin!

Hier stimmt echt vieles nicht

Hier stimmt echt vieles nicht. Kinderteller sondern eine klebrige Flüssigkeit ab, Produkte gehen schnelle kaputt und der Kundemservice ist grausig. Super lange Antwortzeiten, Ausreden, nur ein Verweis auf Garantiezeiten und schlussendlich wird man einfach ignoriert.
