I have had my robot vacuum cleaner Liectroux M7S for a year, and need some parts and some technical support.
I have attempted to contact the UK store where I ordered it (⁠litrobots.co.uk⁠) but they are completely unresponsive so I have tried contacting Liectroux directly for support. Nothing from them either. It's frustrating beyond belief and I expect more, having payed nearly £200 for something that I can't use properly.

Heb de YW810. De watertank is enkel te vullen als je het waskussen verwijderd en daarna de ring van het aandrijfwiel demonteerd. Hiervoor heb dus een schroevendraaier nodig. Erg omslachtig. Geen nederlandstalige. Handleiding en de app werkt ook niet naar behoren. Tenslotte is er geen echt retourbeleid. Dit merk is te mijden!

J'ai acheté un robot aspirateur LIECTROUX C30 le 26 mars 2026.

Après quelques mois d'utilisation, j'ai constaté un problème avec le système d'aspiration : la poussière et les saletés ne sont pas correctement aspirées vers le réceptacle prévu à cet effet.

J'ai contacté le service support LIECTROUX et transmis les vidéos demandées pour démontrer le problème. À la demande du support, j'ai réalisé plusieurs essais supplémentaires afin d'éliminer toute ambiguïté.

Malgré cela, je n'ai toujours pas obtenu de solution satisfaisante.

Le plus regrettable est que le client doit multiplier les vidéos et les démonstrations pour prouver un dysfonctionnement qui est pourtant facilement vérifiable.

Le produit étant annoncé avec une garantie de 5 ans, je m'attendais à un service après-vente beaucoup plus efficace.

À ce jour, mon expérience avec LIECTROUX est donc très décevante : problème technique, nombreuses démarches auprès du support et absence de solution réellement satisfaisante.

Je partage cet avis afin que les futurs acheteurs soient informés de mon expérience avec le produit et surtout avec le service après-vente.

Pour ma part, je ne recommande pas LIECTROUX compte tenu de cette expérience.

I am very disappointed with Liectroux's after-sales support and spare parts availability.

I own a Liectroux ZK901 robot vacuum cleaner that is still in perfect working condition. However, I need a very basic replacement part: the ORIGINAL V-shaped central roller brush/main brush for the ZK901.

Finding this simple part has become incredibly difficult. I have searched stores and marketplaces in several countries and have already purchased supposedly compatible replacement brushes that did not fit my robot correctly. The problem is the specific original design and drive shaft/connector of the ZK901 brush.

What is particularly frustrating is that the robot itself still works perfectly. A product should not become practically unusable simply because the manufacturer does not provide easy access to a basic consumable replacement part such as the central brush.

I am a customer in Brazil and I am willing to pay for the original part and international shipping. I am not asking for a free replacement. I simply want Liectroux to tell me where I can purchase ONE genuine V-shaped central roller brush for the ZK901 and have it shipped to Brazil.

A company that sells robot vacuum cleaners internationally should maintain reasonable access to essential spare parts or at least provide customers with a reliable international channel for obtaining them.

Liectroux, please provide a solution. Where can I purchase the genuine original central brush for my ZK901 and have it shipped to Brazil?

According to Simon Fairchild the Zonelia Robot Vacuum N7S gets a 9.7/10 review (2026's Best Robot Vacuum Cleaners-Complete Buyer's Guide). He must have a different machine to me, as mine doesn't clean all the room, it gets stuck near walls or under the furniture. Areas where people actually walk are left untouched. If you request it to go back to the charging station, it makes a few bleeps and then continues what it was doing. Keep pressing the button and eventually it will get the message.
The mapping area shown on my phone bares no resemblance to the room it is trying to clean.
The chat bot on the app is a waste of time as it recommends changing settings that are not available on my app.
I must not be too negative; the suction is good.
However I do feel that my purchase was a waste of money and I would recommend others not to touch this product with a barge pole.
I've just realised that my model is the N7S-U. Maybe the U stands for useless!

Ik heb toch 2 jaar garantie op electrische apparaat, Ben al maanden bezig ,Koop daar echt niet

Habe in CHF Franken in der Schweiz, versandkostenfrei bestellt (Gerät zu CHF120.-). Ware wurde aus Honkong versendet, Import und Verzollung kosten nun CHF35.-. Frechheit!

It turned out to be a typical Chinese company. When they get a complaint about a faulty product they ask for videos and delay reactions till after the 30 day return policy they claim to have on their website. Then they ignore several requests for reaction.
