Excellent support and smooth delivery. I accidentally entered the wrong email during checkout, but their team responded fast and corrected it right away. After that, I received my Adobe Creative Cloud order with no issues. Very happy with the service!

On the 25th of December I have bought what was advertised as a heavily discounted Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription from LicenseLodge aka Narvino Ltd. After checking that LicenseLodge was legit, I clicked purchase and got an extra Christmas discount taking this to a whopping £59.99 that a paid through PayPal. Nowhere was it advertised I was buying a "team license". I eventually get the email that my licence will be activated once a member of their team will be available, usually the day after if done during the night. I don't work for this company and I don't want a Team Licence for Privacy and Copyright concerns. Comes 1st of January and I have no confirmation of the license being active so I go online, and ask for a refund, as per Consumer Right law in the UK, within 14 days from purchase.
Someone called Dennis emails back that the refund has been done etc.
One week later, with no funds showing on my PayPal still, I ask for proof and Dennis sends a screenshot to prove the refunded status.
At this point we're at 11th of Jan, and I've opened a dispute with PayPal, which clearly tell me that the seller never initiated the refund.
PayPal also closes my dispute saying I have received the product etc.
At this point, the item is falsely advertised, License Lodge have lied about refund being initiated and PayPal are basically scamming me saying even if everything is put down in writing, they can't do anything but offer me a 25£ voucher as a result I will have to take this to Financial Ombudsman if I am not happy with this.

I've just purchased a couple of licenses and they were up and running in a matter of minutes. So far everything is working very well and I'n very pleased for it.

Everything works! Perfect communication, fast delivery. Full Creative Cloud and as a bonus all substance apps! In the subscription is less AI credits, but I do not care, because I do not use it too much.

just perfect. Receveived email. Logged into Adobe. Did chose the "group". Using the Software ( better said the license, since I was already using PS and LR and more.

This is a con!!! They take your money then disappear after a short period. They used to be called softwareshore. I signed up and it works for a few weeks and then the website disappeared. I commented on Facebook and Instagram feeds and they just blocked me. Don’t waste your money these people are scum

I was sceptical of the offer but once committed I had difficulty on the initial set up. I emailed the help desk and received a reply within 10 minutes that resolved the issue which was a mistake on my part. Then it was easy and works fine.

Saved a small fortune!

Bought creative cloud all apps (1 year) license. Had it since July. As the other user, there is clearly a problem with their license associations as I've had to change the administration account several times recently to keep it working. It has stopped yesterday i believe and I've not got a new license association.

UPDATE: Have received a refund after disputing the claim on paypal as they advised. Happy with the refund but not happy that this wasn't communicated for two weeks.

Have had Adobe all apps 12 months license since July. There is clearly a problem with their Adobe software as I've had to change the administration account several times recently to keep it working. Today it has stopped and I've heard nothing from License Lodge about how this issue will be resolved.
UPDATE: Despite their response below, I've NOT heard anything and I've NOT had a refund. I will update this review if they actually do what they claim to have done. In the meantime, I get the impression they're just trying to minimise the impact of their Adobe License failure.

Got the Adobe Creative Cloud Key straigh away. Bare in mind is assigned to an organization but it that works for you its great due the savings

I have been asked to write a positive review shortly after purchasing their product and was offered a £10 discount on my next order.

Initially, the service was satisfactory for a few months but after about six months I began experiencing issues. My account kept disconnecting and I found myself contacting them almost daily. Furthermore, I never received a response during weekends.

A couple of months ago, I was disconnected and they ceased to reply to my emails. Even though I still had a few months left on my subscription they stopped responding. I understood there was a risk in buying from them but at least they should have the courtesy to address customer concerns.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

On Sept 16, I tried to purchase an Adobe license for $132.99. After a few hours as "pending" the order was cancelled by them and I was informed that my money would be returned to me. I was fine with that, as long as I got my money back.

The very next day, they pushed through ANOTHER charge for $132.99 on my same credit card. The amount was the same. The vendor was the same as the previous charge.

I reached out to support and I was told that "they have no mandate on my card issuer allowing charges, and that the new charge was not them"

I had to cancel my card to remove the second charge through. I NEVER received the refund for the initial charge of $132.99.

TOTAL SCAM!!
