They show on their web site then have viryety pf books, you order, and in a week they say they dont have all of it. And ypu loose your time and money, as you need to order on the other website rest of the books and still pay libristo pretty expensive delivery( really bad rxperience. Dont recommend

Excellent buying experience.

Ordered books on 17 July and I’m still waiting for them over five weeks later.

The package was apparently sent to the wrong address, and although Libristo told me they would resend it, I’ve received no books and eventually no response to my emails either. DPD’s tracking still shows that the parcel was never actually handed over to them, despite Libristo marking the order as completed.

I’ve had to escalate the issue to the European Consumer Centre just to get someone to take the matter seriously.

Very disappointing experience.

The price is good, and the books arrive in solid condition. There might be a small scratch here and there or a slightly damaged corner, possibly caused during shipping from the supplier or while being repackaged.

The only thing I was missing was perhaps an option to have the books that had already arrived from the supplier shipped separately, instead of waiting for one book that was arriving late (possibly because it was out of stock).

Anyway, I will use Libristo again. For this price, it is definitely worth waiting another week. Although some of the books may not be in absolutely perfect, factory-new condition, they are in very good condition and have no significant damage.

I'm very satisfied with both the service and the wide selection of books. I especially appreciate that Libristo keeps customers updated, even when they're waiting for a shipment from the supplier. Although delivery takes a little longer, my experience has been very positive. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with my experience at Libristo because I wasn't kept informed about the status of my order. Although some of the books were already in stock, they were not shipped because they were apparently waiting for two unavailable books. Better communication and the option to ship available items separately would have made the experience much more positive.
