Librex Fulfillment 

The owner pretends to be multiple individuals in the company. In fact it is a one man business. The company doesn’t exist anymore. They don’t dare to contact people by their original email. Do you believe his name is Jeff? Another seller we found in FB advised that he got evicted already. Now the inventories are with the warehouse owner and the lawyer. Jeff deleted all the comments in FB. So many people are affected. Make sure you file loss with the local POLEES.

I can’t get a hold of anyone, orders are not fulfilled. I’ve called, emailed and texted and no response. My contact is Jeff but I’ve heard that Jeff is fake and made up by Zack Evans, (the owner). I think he’s made up a variety of different people but it’s actually just him. I was told they have a head office in NY and different warehouses but it seems none of it is true. He made the company to be bigger than it was. Now ive heard librex is being evicted? I found some complaints by other ppl on Facebook trying to get a hold of someone with no luck. He’s deleted all the comments! Omg help!! The worst 3pl experience I’ve ever had.

I have been utilizing Librex for about 3 years. During covid my 3pl at the time was messing up orders and their customers support practically did not exist. I moved over to Librex since their customer support is done by dedicated account reps and their software offered easy to use features. My account manager Conor is great and knows my operations verywell. In logistics there are always hiccups along the way with FFs or carriers. Conor stays on top of my account and helps me navigate everything!

We are starting to be very concern about our operations with Librex. They seem to be a company with one Manager and probably 2 other employees only. We cannot escalate any issue as Jeff is the only person there.
Customer Service is almost not existent. We have no one to contact if Jeff is not available despite us asking for a second person.

For me Librex Fulfillment is all in one solution for Amazon business. Well organised and flexible at all time, thanks a lot team Librex!!

I have been using Librex for about 9 months now. My account rep Jeff is the man. If I ever have questions I can ping him and I get an answer back within a few hours or less. They have helped me with the distribution for my clothing brand. Great software great customer service. I thankfully never have to look for another 3pl after this.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Poor communication, very bad and unreliable service, employees do not respond to messages / phone / requests. I lost a lot in Amazon Ranking due to poor organization and delayed shipments from this company. They reply once every 1-2 weeks, they send the packages long after the date they schedule. In other situations they say that they sent the products, but in fact they did not send them. I have 3 shipments that did not reach Amazon even after half a year and they do not want to admit that they did not send them. They worked well only in the first few months, probably only on the facade to earn us as customers. When it comes to paying bills, they immediately contact you, but when it comes to preparing packages to be sent, they respond after 1-2 weeks! Now I have almost 1 MONTH since nobody answered me if the last packages were sent, I can't reach anyone! Not to mention that the storage cost is always the same regardless of whether thousands of products have been sent from warehouse. I have to remind them every few months to recalculate the stock to lower the cost!

We've been using Librex for over a year now, and they've been great to deal with. Having a trusted 3PL when your business isn't based in the US is critical, and Librex has been invaluable to us. The quick communication from Roger is definitely a standout!

It's not like working with huge 3pl where you are just a number on their stats. Librex team will treat you like a family member, no matter your volumes, communication almost 24 hours, all questions and doubts are quickly resolved.
