Firstly, I want to start off by saying that I never leave reviews unless I am suede strongly to do so in one direction or the other. We had a very inconsiderate experience with this company. I had a quote done to trim a few branches, we had agreed to a price for service. I was rescheduled more than once for them to come, without anyone actually telling me that they weren’t going to show up. But instead, I had to constantly message the boss Blake to find out what was going on. The second time they rescheduled and were supposed to show up, I had to reach out to the boss again (twice) to get an estimated time for arrival second time being around 7pm. Said his crew was working on an emergency and would be done in 45 minutes. Still nobody came after that, nor did he tell me they would not be showing up. So I got rescheduled again for the third time for Saturday. And again, no updates from the company. Boss said the team would be at my house around roughly 1 o’clock on Saturday via phone call. I waited till about 12:45 to message Blake again and check in, who said he would give my number to the lead guy on his working team to reach out to me. Yet again, no one reached out, and no one showed up. And when I message Blake again on Saturday at 3:45 stating that I had not heard anything from the other guy, Blake never responded. So not only did I waste one day, but several waiting around at home for his company to show up and never did. Liberty tree service, and its owner Blake are very inconsiderate when it comes to other peoples time. He also made it clear that small jobs were not worth the time to move his “1/2 million dollar equipment” to. So with all of that, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

Review: Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior – Beware of Who You Hire!

We initially had a positive experience with Liberty Tree Service about four to five months ago when a tree fell through our fence. They responded quickly, removed the tree and debris, and were very accommodating. Based on that, we chose to reach out again when we noticed another tree leaning and wanted to be proactive before it caused more damage.

Unfortunately, this second experience has been extremely disappointing.

After reaching out nearly a month ago, it’s been nothing but excuses and delays. I first contacted Fritz by phone and later followed up with a text on June 30th, which he read. I reached out again before the 4th of July, and he sent me an invoice and promised to come by Monday or Tuesday after work. When I called for an update, he claimed he actually said Tuesday or Wednesday. This back-and-forth has now dragged to the point of now it being contentious.

Today, when I called again to get a straight answer, instead of taking accountability or offering a clear timeline, Fritz berated me on the phone. I even received two unprofessional and rude text messages from him—the owner of the company—after he had already failed to show up multiple times without notice.

I understand delays can happen, but communication is critical—especially when safety and property damage are involved. At this point, I’m trying to prevent having to replace another section of my fence, and the lack of responsiveness has been unacceptable.

Unfortunately, based on this recent experience, I can no longer recommend Liberty Tree Service. Communication and follow-through are non-negotiable in any service-based business, and both were clearly lacking here.

Great Company. I had a half dead eucalyptus tree with limbs weighing hundreds of pounds. I had recently put in an artificial lawn at over $5,000.00. I have a gazebo I built in 1987 right under the tree. Daniel their experienced Arborist evaluated the problem and addressed my concerns about whether the tree was savable the protection of my property underneath these massive limbs.
Dylan scheduled the crew. Samuel the lead trimmer came right on time the day it was scheduled.
We walked the area, he listen to my concerns, and put me at ease. They lowered the massive pieces down like they were eggs. Cleanup was a snap. They left my property in pristine condition.

I highly recommend this company! I will use them in the future.
