Terrible customer service nobody has reached out to me to ask me any questions regarding my account

Doris was awesome to work with. This is my first experience using a credit union and she has made the experience great. She is there to answer even the smallest of questions. I would highly recommend to my friends.

The person that helped me was very pleasant and provided me with a lot of information. She made sure that I didn't have any questions.

Everyone was very helpful and organized. We were able to complete our business in an appropriate amount of time. There was a bit of trouble getting paperwork to email from one place to another, but the staff were able to receive and print the needed documents that weren't sending properly through email. Thanks for a good experience.

Matt Johnson in the lending department is the man! He continuously astounds me with his customer service, knowledge, and expertise of all things loan related. He’s so personable, friendly, helpful and answers any question I have. He always makes me feel like his number one customer. I would highly highly recommend Liberty First Credit Union for all your banking needs especially Matt Johnson if you’re considering a loan. Matt, if your boss or supervisor reads these make sure he gives you a good bonus or raise!

Have had an account for over a decade and it’s just been a hassle. The mobile app and online experience and options are unacceptable for it being 2025. Mobile deposit, ApplePay, instant transfers are all difficult or impossible. If you leave the state, you have to call them so that your card doesn’t get declined. Ironically, the only financial institution that I have ever experienced fraud with among the nearly dozen I have used is, you guessed it, Liberty First. Twice. So “protections” are there to make banking difficult for the customer but do not actually keep your account secure. There aren’t any redeeming qualities to make up this these inconveniences. Do not use.

I really enjoyed being able to visit and hear some of your benefits and options. Ellie was great.

They offered by far the best auto loan rate, even for a refinance, and they made it so easy and quick to do so!

I was treated as a human being.

This is the only bank I know who doesn't immediately send you a debit card as soon as you set up your bank account. And then on your website it says if you need a debit card all you have to do is go into a branch and they can print you one off so I went into a branch and they informed me that they didn't have any to print off they didn't do that and then they would have to send me one in the. Which is fine I understand that you have to usually have to get them in the mail but I don't know why your website says one thing and then you do another. I moved over to this bank because I thought it would be a good banking experience and thus far it's been mostly a headache. More

The ladies that help me open my account were very nice and very helpful I wish I would have went there a long time ago to open an account but I am glad that I have one now thank you for everything
