The platform is great
The platform is great. Im not sure the content is challenging enough to pass the exam. The questions do not seem to reflect the actual exam questions.

Svar fra Lexawise Real Estate Exam Prep
Hey Ben, glad the platform itself is hitting the mark! The question difficulty concern is fair feedback and something we take seriously. Our question bank is continuously updated to better reflect the actual exam, and our Simulated Exams are specifically designed to mirror the real test experience as closely as possible. Worth trying those if you haven’t yet — they tend to feel much closer to exam day. Thanks for the honest review!

The information is presented in a very organized manner. It includes topic-based tests as well as flashcards, which make studying easier. They’ve also been extremely helpful and even granted me an extension on my plan. I would definitely recommend LexaWise.

Thank you so much, Nandni! We’re really happy the platform has been helpful and that we could work with you on the extension. Best of luck on your exam — you’ve got this!
The UI is nice
The UI is nice, but the test bank seems to have much easier questions and in a different style than the actual exam. Also, I think there should be better KPIs on determining what areas of improvement you should focus on.

Svar fra Lexawise Real Estate Exam Prep
Hey David, glad the UI is clicking for you! Your point about question difficulty is fair — we’re always working to better mirror the actual exam style and rigor. On the KPIs side, the Practice Exams by Category section actually has exactly that — each category shows its own progress bar so you can see at a glance which topics you’re strong in and which ones need more work. Worth checking out if you haven’t yet! Thanks for the honest review.

Just the timed exams alone make it worth it. Great app too. I used it a lot to practice whenever I got the chance.
The math section was a lifesaver. I was so worried about the formulas, but the explanations made everything click. Questions are challenging, not the super easy ones I found in other preps. Passed in New York. Thank you

Worth the money, helped me pass
I failed my test 3x UNTIL I got Lexawise. Then I passed! The questions are the most similar to the actual national test and the wording is closely comparable. It really helped me study and see where I needed to focus and then helped me review. Highly recommend, worth the money.

I purchased two study assistants, Compucram and Lexawise and found Lexawise to be a bit harder, trickier and better at preparing me. I had an amazing time taking exams, then copy paste the full list of questions i got wrong and having grok go over why i got these questions wrong.
