John is extremely knowledgeable and communicates with non-tech people very clearly. He has identified my problem and fixed it first go while leaving me instructions about how to proceed if this type of fault reoccurs.

John was very knowledgeable and fixed my computer issue very quickly. He also checked our files and programs to ensure there wasn't anything on them that shouldn't have been. Will definately be using them for our IT in the future.

Job done well, timely and with very good communication
Lewis Computech did a fantastic job when it came to updating our churches web hosting services and email services. What i like about the services is that Lewis Computech layered out all our options, costs, advantages and disadvantages. John did a terrific job fixing our email problem today. It was so bad that I had been missing emails for a while as it turned out. It is now all fixed up and working excellently and difficult fix to manage but John simply thought each step out logically and put it into practice one step at a time. He was absolutely terrific.
