Avoid by any cost this company I taking them to the court they delivered doors with wrong size windows is been a more than a year still no emails no call backs even paid their fitter he didn’t finish fitting left me with not fixed door with wrong glass

This is a tricky review as we actually really like the product as the bifold doors came in the time frame described and were great for the price we paid.
However as a company it started well but unfortunately the wrong keys were delivered with the door and after speaking to the staff on the phone it was advised to get an emergency locksmith and they would refund the cost. This was several months ago and after chasing it up a few times and the staff saying it was being dealt with I am now being forced to pursue legal proceedings to get the money owed to me.
I would unfortunately have to advise avoiding this company at all costs, which is a shame as we were going to buy another set to match as building an extension.

I bought the door 11 months ago a few days ago, the opening mechanisms broke due to defective material.

Seller pledged 10 years warranty for everything!!
Unfortunately, no contact, no response to e-mail, etc.

Now I was left with a broken mechanism and it's hard to buy a replacement :(

from the point that i spoke to the girls in the office (sophie and susan ) who couldn't be more helpful ,to the day the doors arrived on site ( 4 days later )the whole operation was just so slick .
The doors got fitted on the saturday and i was over the moon with the final outcome .
the guy who fitted the doors was amazed when i told him the price .

Had the doors for about 6 months and the lock started sticking. Emailed them and the fitter came to fix about a week later. Very good value and I’m very happy. Ps get the fitter they recommend

Purchased a bi fold door from these in November which caused nothing but problems for me until now.

The door was delivered to begin with the wrong colour frame. Obviously a genuine mistake but the battle from then on was ridiculous. Another frame was supposedly sent out to replace this but end up lost in transit for weeks. After finally admitting they lost it a third frame was sent out. This frame was bent and dented. After making them aware of this they advised me “hit it with a hammer and straighten it” and “it will be hidden so it’s fine”. I was willing to give one final chance to pick this frame up and get a fully functioning frame delivered but that for them was completely out of the question.

I then requested a refund for the whole lot. They picked the door up and supposedly issued a refund. They said this could take 10 days. After chasing this after the 10 days to no response I finally got in contact 21 days after pick up. I was told I had not been issued a refund and one wasn’t planned. It was only at this point I had joy when I was finally refunded.

Stay well clear of this company. 1 star is too high of a rating for these.

I'm a very experienced window door fitter and have just fitted a 4 pane bi-fold for one of their customers. Instructions were a waste of time and different to those on the website - useless photos are out of focus, very little assembly detail. They were also for a 3 door set not 4 door !! Taking the doors out of the packing crate and separating them is a real pain as is toe and heeling every door. Imported from Europe hence the crate etc. Not for the DIY enthusiast, they are cheap but you get what you pay for.

Placed my order on September 1st did not receive the bifold doors till the 14th of October they wanted to deliver on the 26th of October but I further complained and they changed it to the 14th of October. very poor communication and very rude bad experience be warned

After lots of calls to various companies for prices etc, went with this company, glad I did, my doors arrived few weeks later, had few fitting issues but staff extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction which solved the problem we had, (our fault) so would definitely recommend,

I called on 10May an spoke to 2 lovely ladies i think sophia an sue. They was both really helpful an even given me details for someone to install the doors for me. I bought the doors on the 11May an they are being delivered an installed on 28 an 29 may. Great company. Thx alot!

I ordered bi-fold doors for a extension we had done , I ordered them and got a delivery date , I also thought it would be best to get them fitted as well so if there was any problems I would be covered , I paid £500 cash to their fitters on the day .
After a couple of days we found we couldn’t lock the door , I rang and they asked to send a video which I did no response so I called again and was told they would get someone to call in and fix the problem all the time explaining the door was open therefore anyone could get into the house , again no response so I had no alternative but to get a lock smith out and fix the problem so we could secure our house . I still haven’t heard from them so I doubt I won’t get my £140.00 back for the locksmith . This is just a typical company taking money off customers and not giving any sort of service or back up . I honestly doubt the 10 year guarantee is worth anything as they couldn’t even come out after 10 days leaving us with doors we couldn’t lock .
Disgusting service , pay extra and go to a reputable company who cares about their customers . DO NOT buy from this company PLEASE !!!!!!

Purchased 2 products 3.6m bifold door which handle came broken. Then purchased a made to measure door which came and was supposed to be 2m high and came as 2.1m so had to get the builder to p**s about and cost money they gave us a slight refund and didn’t want to wait for the correct size as waited 7/8 weeks when advised it would be 3/4weeks. It’s now be installed 3 weeks but has a missing part called them 2/3 times a week keep saying there passing the message on and unwilling to help to be quite honest. I wouldn’t recommend this company absolutely terrible. Quick enough to take payment! All I want is the little bar for the handle so I can close them correctly.
