Letter Jacket Anmeldelser

I have ordered from this company several times. They do a great job, and my orders come in a timely manner.

This was a reorder. The original order: I liked that I could design our offering envelope with just what we wanted on it. We didn't need the extra options that pre-printed have.

Always on time. Professional and competitive pricing. Nice printing and paper weight. Just what we needed.

The envelopes were slightly crooked. Every. Single. One.

I did a chat with Karen. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the process of placing an order. She also was able to find a higher resolution than the artwork I uploaded.

For years and years, Letter Jacket has been the only vendor we use for envelopes. They are always quick to get back to us, the quality is spectacular, and the price is right.

We are so happy with the custom letter jacket! The process was simple, and the final product is exactly what we ordered

Great customer service and processing time.

Reordered Envelopes for our Church and the process went smooth as silk!!! Easy online editing for design and this gives us great control on the end product! Fast turn around time as well!!!

Great company. Great service and product.

Great service and quality

They are very responsive when I email them to place an order. They make a custom envelope for our company and their turn around time is exceptional, and they deliver to our office. Carrie is great to work with.

I was a bit hesitant on ordering through Letter Jacket as I have never ordered through them before nor have I ever heard of them. The envelopes turned out perfect. I did have a less than pleasant experience with one of the employees but will definitely give them another shot as the shipping and envelopes were great.

Exactly what we ordered and good quality. I had to reach out to customer service with a question and was able to talk to someone immediately. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

I can always depend on the quality and pricing of the product (custom envelopes) that we have ordered over the years. No complaints there. I do, however, wish they would go with a different delivery service other than Old Dominion. This was the second time I had issues with them, and this last time we were told we may incur an extra charge because the delivery driver could not find where to deliver even after I supplied all the information including phone numbers. The delivery driver was here, then turned around and went back with our order for no good reason. This caused many emails and phone calls on my part just to have the order delivered and to prove we should not be charged for the delivery driver's incompetence.

The printing was great.
However, we asked for blind shipping, yet when we open the boxes to check, there was inserts for your company indside. We are told that would not happen when we asked for blind shipping.

Letter Jacket had the variety I was looking for. And extensive logo, colors, and font choices. So many that it took awhile to go through everything to create the envelope I wanted. Competitively priced.
