Myself and my partner wanted a chilled night away so we booked into the Garden Annex.
It's a lovely clean place, nice and cosy with everything you need and the added bonus of the hot tub.
From enquiring to booking it was all very straight forward and efficient. They were friendly and answered any questions we had quickly.
We enjoyed our stay with no problems, thank you.

Stayed at the gardens annex for our anniversary, was absolutely perfect the annex was spotless and had everything you needed, the hot tub was perfect and use of the pool was amazing ,my 3 grandchildren came for the last night and had the most amazing time in the pool , beautiful place lovely owners will most definitely be returning

We had the most fantastic stay in the annex, the facilities were perfect for us! Absolutely spotless too. We had such a lovely, relaxing break. I would highly recommend booking with Letssy.

We stayed at the Annex Gardens for a long weekend in July 22 with our doggies. The cottage was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Our doggies loved the enormous garden and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to get my husband out of the hot tub because he loved it SO MUCH!
Looking forward to our full week we have booked for next May x

We went to York for the races had a lovely stay with Lettsy in the summer.
The apartment was lovely, modern and absolutely spotless....could not fault it.
The lady we dealt with was more than helpful, ordering our taxis and recommending where to go to eat etc.
Honestly, fabulous time had by all and I would recommend to anybody to use Lettsy!!!
No problems money wise. We had our deposit refunded the day after our check out.

Watch this place as the woman was very rude very unprofessional and also tried keeping money from us!!the whole experience with letssy was a total shambles,she wouldn’t even answer any of my calls and then when she did all I was approached with was a rude behaviour and a very unprofessional behaviour and she also tried to keep £500 from us which she said never went in her bank but it did an we had proof!!the only way I got this back was when I threatened to call the police

This is a true situation! The company letssy will tell you otherwise!
Great to start with, did us a great deal and we paid £600 to secure it for a booking in November! We had email confirmation from head office - which anybody will go from as it's confirmation and not just a chat on messages... Fast forward from July to now - get a message on Sunday morning saying we were 10 days late for payment and if we DONT PAY that day our booking will be cancelled! (Even tho confirmation said 6 weeks prior to arrival) Sunday was 8 weeks.
We didn't question it and and rushed around trying to get the payment sent, my sis was due to pay but didn't get paid till Wednesday.. we mentioned that but letssy were demanding it needed to be done that day! I asked about deposit but that could be paid for near the time.. I don't have my credit card so needed to to send for a new one (that makes me poor apparently) that's just one of the insults she said to us! Anyway payment was made Sunday evening! But didn't clear straight away - we send proof of transfer, pdf and screenshot! She said it's far to much of a hassle and she's going to cancel and release the dates that we booked and paid for! (even tho email stating 6weeks prior but she ignored that part)

She then said she can get more money for the weekend that we booked and we could have the following weekend if we wanted! (She gave us a discount rate)
So clearly she took the better offer - and left us with no booking or £500 which she was adamant wasn't in her account, we called our bank and they confirmed it landed Monday! She kept saying it wasn't there - untill we had to threat to go the police & leave a bad review! Such a coincidence that it was in her account and she transferred it straight away!!
This is the most unprofessional company I've ever come across!
I have all evidence screen shots of messages! I'm in shock the way they have dealt with me and my siblings.

Just because we haven't got 1000s of £££ to hand - that makes us poor and that we couldn't pay!! Her words to us...
Such an nasty woman with no respect - called me and my siblings liers like we couldn't afford to book .. when infact she had £1100 of our money!!

She Never once answered the phone to us even just to talk, I was begging her not to cancel, she just blocked the calls... But constantly messaged us!

I'd stay way clear from this company.. they cancelled our booking for no reason apart from them wanting more money from other guest! Then the cheek offered another weekend then tried to keep our £500! (£600 was refunded)

we've found somewhere else 10x better and better customer service!

Please just be very careful booking here... They are not to be trusted at all! Wonder how many others they have done this to.

Stayed at annex with hot tub and pool. Safe enclosed space for my 4 kids to play. Pool lovely size for a family, good sized shallow end and step all round made it safe for the non swimmers. Trees and outdoor area made it feel like you were in the woods, sky at night was clear and the stars were so bright. Hot tub in the day was gorgeous in the sun with birds singing, in the night with the stars shining was magical. The owners could not have been any nicer, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

SCAM ALERT!! Myself and my husband stayed in one of the Letssy properties. We are yet to receive the deposit amount of 500 pounds from them. At first I thought it is only me who is facing issues, but then when I started reading the reviews in this page I am pretty much convinced that they are doing this for lot of other people who booked their stay with Letssy in York. Even the room provided by them was really bad (pictures attached in google reviews for reference). Apparently, the pictures posted on the website were top notch, but when we reached the place, it was a mess. We have been trying to get our deposit back from her for the past 4 months, but she started calling me names when I texted her on WhatsApp. On top of that, she also opened one of my official letters without my consent. Since I am from another country she is showing racist behaviour and discrimination. I have planned to report her company with all evidences soon. I request you not to use their service. The pictures says it all (please take a look in google). Please beware of this scam.

Had a fab long weekend here this week owner's where fab nothing was to much trouble for them the house is amazing the garden is massive for the dogs to run around ours loved it was lovely of a night in the hot tub and lighting the fire we even booked an extra night we was enjoying it that much we will deffo return very soon thanks so much xx

Stayed in York with Airbnb. Host was quick to reply and very accommodating - the accommodation itself was fantastic.

Brilliant stay in York, at the Annex Gardens.
Can not recommend enough....the service was impeccable!
