Very professional and speedy service. Will definitely recommend for all your signage needs. Quality product at a great price. 10 out of 10

I have been in business for 21 years. I own a successful Medical and Holistic Spa. I expanded my business to Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi MI own by Simon’s with about 400 stores across the country.

Simos Mall take their tenants signs very serious they request to follow their requirements. I tried with about 5 local sign companies they do not respond efficiently I felt like they do not care and act like they are doing a favor in addition to that are expensive.

Let’s Neon was perfect fast feedback that make you think they are too good to be true but they are real. The artwork was great the sign was beautiful with good quality. It came in a strong wood box.

Everything was done in a good timing. Please do not try another I was so happy that I got another sign. You are going to be happy from the beginning to the end when you see your beautiful sign installed.

My experience was great, awesome communication. Gave great feedback on my design and worked with my budget. Had an issue with my plug, let them know, they already shipped out a replacement for that piece. My sign is beautiful!

Good communication, good sales team and good customer service. They really made things right for me! Love my signage for my permanent jewelry business

I found this company on Instagram, I connected with them and they responded right away! The quality of the product is great and the price is excellent! Thanks for the great service.

Absolutely amazing sign company, they made mine in only 3 weeks . 7ft by 13ft incredible gold letter with black inlays back lit. I’ve now ordered another sign from them I should have it any day. I will only use them for any future signs for my buildings and businesses!

I had a great experience working with Letsneon for my custom luxury sign for AbbyPearl Empire.

From the beginning, they were patient, responsive, and willing to make adjustments to match the exact luxury aesthetic I wanted. We updated the finish to brushed champagne gold, changed the lighting to a softer 4500K warm glow, and refined the overall look to feel elegant and high-end.

The final sign turned out beautiful — dimensional, sophisticated, and very premium looking. The warm halo lighting and champagne gold finish came together perfectly, and the sign truly elevated the brand presence of my space.

Communication was consistent throughout the process, production stayed on schedule, and everything was delivered on time as promised.

If you are looking for a custom illuminated luxury-style sign with a modern feel, I would definitely recommend Letsneon.

We want to sincerely thank LET’S NEON for an excellent job. The quality of the sign was impeccable, delivery was on time, and their communication and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Got this sign in a few weeks as promised for our restaurant and couldn’t be happier. Lots of customers complimenting on it too!

Communication was great! Quick fast shipping, reliable and amazing results! Will be purchasing again soon!

Owner was helpful with designing. Answered questions quickly. Love the sign. Will order again.

Dear All businesses, I need to warn you, do not use this company for your signs. They are scammers, company registered in TX but in reality they are in china. First they will say we manufacture everything in TX but this is a big lie. Second they will give you one quote and say you need to pay more and the size will be very small. They will not refund your money, all the signs they make very poor quality and crappy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. SCAM YOU NO TIME!

From the first contact to the delivery of my sign, I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. They even sent me a mock up copy with color selection just before they started the manufacturing process. These guys are totally professional. My sign was packaged perfectly to prevent any damage issues. Directions and templates for installation made this a simple process. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about ordering a quality sign for your business.

Great customer service and great sign and quick turnaround time and delivery

I was searching for signage for my auto shop’s second location and had trouble finding a reasonably priced option locally. Since I’m opening a new shop, staying within budget was important. I came across LetsNeon on Facebook and was a bit hesitant at first because I’d never ordered from outside my local area. However, after speaking with them, I was blown away. Their pricing, communication, quality, and turnaround time were all excellent. Local shops quoted 60–90 days, while LetsNeon delivered in just two weeks. I’m extremely pleased with the result, gave them a 5-star review, and highly recommend them. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

I’ve never experienced better customer service!! They answer all your questions immediately and keep you informed every step of the process. My sign is amazing and it was packaged really well for shipping. A+ and I would use them again!!
