what super people

We have been looking for a property for 6 months. Every time we see one we like we have been beaten to the punch by other people with cash. So we have seen a lot of houses with a lot of estate agents. We can honestly say that this company have been BY FAR the best and the most accommodating with last minute viewings and time to take the property in. Thank you SO MUCH to James and Tracy for all your understanding at a time that is very stressful. We are in our 70's and it doesn't get any easier. Thank you for making it a lot less arduous.
Bless you.

Professional, helpful and sensitive

The team at LGYM were very helpful, highly professional and friendly throughout the process. The house was my father's who has moved into a care home and I am very grateful for the sensitivity they showed, as I live quite far away. It was very easy to stay in touch with them and it was helpful too that they were able to arrange the house clearance. Highly recommended; thank-you.

Simply Brilliant

Stephen, Tracy & James were all Brilliant with helping us with our house purchase.
James especially helped keep everything moving when solicitors were dragging their feet. It was a long haul but we would have probably given up if it hadn't been for these guys help and advice. Best decision we made to move and these really are AMAZING people who couldn't possibly do better.
Thank you all so Much.

Trustworthy and Caring

Without a doubt the best estate agents I have ever used.

Very professional in their approach to any issue with the sale and with a can do attitude, no matter how difficult the problem may be.

I would thoroughly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional and caring company.
