Booked 10 sessions for my son's GCSE English resit and would highly recommend! Michael is positive and encouraging, with a lovely way of engaging with his students. I feel my son made bigger steps in these few hours with Michael than probably his last year of actual school. Very grateful to LessonWise 🙂

Tutoring ultimately didn’t work out for our child, but I wanted to leave a review regardless. The time, care and attention from Theo in getting us started was above and beyond. Our tutor David was patient, thoughtful and flexible. I would recommend lesson wise to others.

Really special to have found this tagalog and filipino culture class all in one, with a supportive and very well organised management team, and a killer creative and welcoming facilitator! The course supported my understanding of Philippine history and current events, how they're weaved into our language. The homework was always interesting + relevant and overall, there was a good balance of individual and group tasks that kept me engaged.

Amazing experience my son got good grades in gcse because of this tuition centre especially like to mention their maths tutor zaber because of him my son did really well and I proved a lot from his mock test results

I used lesson wise to help me get a comfortable grade, rather than being just on the edge of getting one like I did with my mocks. I got my actual results today, and I got a comfortable grade 5 or a B if you don't use the number system.

I contacted Lessonwise as my daughter had completely failed Chemistry in her first mock exams. I explained that she was undergoing investigation for ASD and ADHD and I needed a teacher who will be able to teach her with this in mind. Stewart was recommended and I cannot thank him enough. By the second mock exams , my daughter was already predicted an A and we have just got the results and she’s actually passed science with flying colours. Excellent platform with top tutors. I was given an english tutor for a very reasonable price, who played an essential role in helping me improve my GCSE grade for english language from a 4 to an 8. His name is Michael, and I would highly recommend him!

Seah and Danica's tagalog and cultural class was clever, insightful, creative and educational. I learnt more tagalog but even better, I was able to discover the depth of filipino culture. It has really inspired me to keep going with my tagalog journey and I really hope they continue to put on this class and maybe even an intermediate level!

The online course is a fun, interactive, educational and a proud learning experience for those wanting to know more about Filipino culture. Each lesson by Seah is themed, engaging and has depth in knowledge of Filipino current events and history.

Manfred and Lessonwise were fantastic and their tutors are brilliant! Through Lessonwise my son found tutors that suited his way of studying and benefited greatly from the support they gave him. He always looked forward to his tutor sessions which he invariably described as useful, constructive and even fun! He could go through tricky individual questions, a whole paper, or just chat about a topic in his lessons. Lessonwise and their tutors ensured my son got all the support he wanted to achieve the top grades needed to be successful in his A levels and go to his chosen university.

My son was in the 2nd year of his A-levels and although he was excelling in 2 of his subjects he was struggling to achieve the B grade required in Physics to get into the University of his choice. After doing some online research I decided to go with LessonWise and their tutors to see if it could help my son go up a grade from the C that he achieved in his mock exams. LessonWise recommended Dhillon who was only a few years older than my son so could speak/explain to him in a way maybe an older tutor couldn't. There was a lesson once per week and we could change days if required without any fuss. I could book 1 lesson at a time or a block of 4 lessons together. The whole process was simple and quick. Thanks to LessonWise and Dhillon my son achieved his B grade in Physics and was able to go to his university of choice which he will begin at in September 2025.

My daughter has had A Level Psychology tuition with LessonWise. She has had wonderful support, tuition & interaction with her Psychology tutor, Nazia. Such a great course! I loved the way Danica and Seah put the course together. It was such a brilliant way to learn more about my culture, language and history. At times, the sessions became therapeutic, and helped me understand more about myself and my heritage.

I attended the Tagalog course led by Seah and Danica and can’t recommend it enough! Beyond the useful phrases and vocab, it offered such invaluable cultural insight that we struggled to find in other Tagalog/ Filipino classes and resources.

I would highly recommend the class and the service to anyone, especially to those diaspora / third culture kids wanting to reconnect with the Philippines. Language learning with so much heart!

I had the best time in the Tagalog and Culture course with Danica and Seah. Seah is an incredible teacher. So engaging and entertaining while keeping it educational. She made the class participation feel easy and welcoming and it really brought the class together.

My daughter has a lesson with Chanel. She is a wonderful professional tutor and my daughter developed her confidence and improve her learning.

I had been struggling a lot with a level physics and had very low confidence about how my results would be in August. I started physics tutoring with Simon in February, and within 3 months my confidence and understanding of the subject grew- as a result the actual a level exams were very manageable for me and I now feel confident about the outcome in August.
