Je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe, je me suis inscrite à l'année et ça fait 3 semaines que je ne parviens pas à utiliser la plateforme, plein de bugs qui font qu'elle est inutilisable, c'est vraiment nul

After years if being a member i cannot believe how far they have fallen in wish the would re iew all the other reviews, customer service is non existent. Many subscribers site this as a problem, clearly no one is listening.

The support contact does not exist. I am still waiting for help .... I paid a year in advance!!!

Cancelled my account a year ago and surprise surprise they have charged me! I raised it with credit card provider as a fraud as I am not registered anymore, cancelled the account and unable to login into it as it doesn’t exist! Yet they are trying to cash my money! Horrible and dishonest!

Las músicas que meten son TERRIBLES. Antes te gustaban 9 de 10. Ahora 1 de 10. Claro, va a gustos. Pero hoy día el reggeton gusta, así que mejor lo dejo ahí.
Triste las modificaciones que hacen a veces, como dejan los calentamientos de Tai Chi en B1 (opcional) y las coreos son super simples. Vale que sean adaptaciones y no tengan nada que ver con Tai Chi original, pero algo más que un Scoop de las narices.. hola?
Y los Pumps? La música? Hemos pasado de Cascada, Bon Jovi, entre otras miles de maravillas de la música que metían hace 10 años a.... Es que no sé ni como llamarlo, es todo Trap y música de youtubers hecha con autotune, una basura. La gente me pide los remixes de hace 15 años nada más escuchar las nuevas coreos.
Qué desgracia que se hayan labrado una reputación que ahora no merecen... se nota incluso que sus directores de programas (Glen, Dan y Rachel, Gandalf que ni está...) hacen los videos por obligación. Qué triste verles haciendo clase mirando a una cámara en vez de a los alumnos.
Claramente esta es la opinión de un instructor con años de experiencia que ha visto su decadencia. Hoy día cualquier abonado dirá que son clases magníficas y tal... y en parte tienen razón.

Pero pongo una estrella por que por otro lado se ha convertido en una secta.

Have been trying unsuccessfully to sign up for 5 days consecutively but the customer support and UX design are failing. The app just spins in circles. Just read in another review from the US 🇺🇸 that the offline workouts don’t download properly, which is one of the most important features I’m looking for, so I’m not impressed so far!!! Chipper agents in NZ who can’t troubleshoot.

I'm absolutely livid! I've been a loyal Les Mills On Demand subscriber for years, exclusively using it for Body Pump classes. Today, I log in to find a notification saying my subscription has expired—something that should never have happened since it’s always been set to auto-renew. Now, to reinstate my subscription, I'm being told I have two options: pay for the entire year upfront, or pay a ridiculous £29.99 per month, compared to the £11.95 I’ve been paying all along. If I opt for the basic package at £14.99 a month, I get access to a ton of classes—except for Body Pump.

What’s worse is that I never received any email or prior notification about these changes. This feels like a sneaky, underhanded way to treat loyal customers. I am absolutely furious about this!

This is the worst company to deal with. Our subscription was in active for about 6 months, as we were waiting for our new Director to make a decision. Once we decided to renew it, I got an email saying that since it was inactive for over 12 months, we were unable to renew it. I replied saying that it had not in fact been 12 months and that it had only been 6 months so your excuse is not valid. Then I got another customer service agent to tell me that is wasn't part of their 2028 Project Scope (whatever the hell that means) and that our only option is, word for word "Users can bring their own devices and place the phone in the holder provided and/or use fitness watches for tracking workout metrics.
It is possible to remove the screen if you choose, but we recommend getting advice from Precor as to how to do this safely or asking an experienced technician to assist. " Are you kidding me? When asked about how they were going to rectify the situation, there were no options. We will be throwing this bike away and NEVER using a Les Mills bike again.

Je me suis inscrite à l'année pour bénéficier des cours de body pump en français. Coup de théâtre depuis quelques semaines les cours ne sont plus disponibles. C'est pas prévu non plus que les cours soient réintégrés à la plateforme. Vous êtes en train de tout faire pour perdre des clients en France. La plateforme m'est devenue inutilisable et il me reste encore un semestre de payé.

Awful company. Treats their customers like crap. I did the trial, didn’t use it and tried to cancel subscription and they took my money and refused to give it back. Had to open dispute with pay pal and got it back that way! Would never use again, money thieves!

Il fut un temps où s'inscrire pour faire des vidéos en ligne sans matériel fourni, sans vrai prof, et sans vraie salle de sport était rentable par rapport à un abonnement dans une salle de sport. Ce temps semble révolu. 16,50 euros par mois et je n'ai pas accès ni à tous les cours, ni à toutes les catégories, ni même aux vidéos en français ! Il n'y a pas si longtemps, pour 38 euros par trimestre (soit 13 euros par mois, donc moins que ce que j'ai payé en aout 2025 pour utiliser 1 vidéo avec google translate à côté), j'avais accès à TOUT.
J'espère vraiment que lesmillsondemand reviendra à la raison et baissera ces prix, comme l'ont fait les salles de sport d'ailleurs.

Rien à dire sur les programmes en Salle de sport mais le mode en ligne est une catastrophe, bug, navigation incohérentes, fonctionnalités de bases manquantes : suppression de compte, gestion des infos ( RGDP, quelle rgdp?), à chaque nouvelle page une demande d accepter les cookies quelque soit la reponse, bug sur bug d affichage. A ce train là autant fermer la plateforme. Si ke ne connaissais pas le programme à travers les salles de sport j aurais cru à un scam.

Les Mill Pilates is just awful. Not Pilates at all.

I reached out to this company saying that my video won't load so I can't work out now I know it's not my connection because everything else works when a connection is needed. They have not reached out to me and it's already been a couple of days.... I pay for this membership and I'm going to cancel it if I can't work out so they are losing money and I'll tell other people about it too.

Tried licensing my venue for classes and they ghosted me so I left it for a few months and tried again only to be ignored again. Awful
