It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lepsons. Not only do they do an excellent job and give sound advice, every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Wheels collected on a regular basis but coming back wrong colour and charging for their company mistakes. One person says one thing and another does something else within the company.
After giving them one more last chance try Lepsons now claim they didn’t repair a wheel sent back to them that was peeling on the centre but wheel has never been anywhere else for repair!
Not the company they used to be. Do not recommend at all anymore.

Trade customer here. So have used Lepsons for a fair amount of work. Our last experience wasn't very good. The worst part of the experience was trying to talk to someone about the problems! "yeah we will get back to you" "need to talk to my boss and will call you back" 5 TIMES! Just some acknowledgement please. It is such a shame that we are writing this rather than fixing mistakes and building our working relationship.

Had my wheels done BMW 5 series inserts black and outside Diamond cut silver , they look amazing Amy is a lovely lady very very helpful had to get a new wheel as one wasn't serviceable, they were understanding and didn't put any pressure on me for space as other garages probably would car was there 2 weeks because of waiting for wheel to be delivered, picked up on a Saturday very reasonable price top top.workmanshop, would definitely recommend to anyone I'm very very fussy as we all are about our cars could not fault them in anyway from start to finish, if you want a proper garage proper people proper price proper job just call Amy she will sort it out as she did with me , all in all just Bang on

Had 4 wheels sent for refurbishment with very minor corrosion. Within a year one alloy showed even worse signs than before and the following three followed just after the year. Not a company to recommend or use as they seem to not care about their workmanship or reputation.

Fantastic repair on my Porsche alloy after curb damage , repaired in the time stated and will recommend to anyone who needs a first class job, Amo did exactly what was required

Had 4 wheels refurbished in November - so pleased with result that I wrote 5 star review. Since then the car has done no more than 350 miles. Took in for MOT today and failed due to missing wheel nut. No-one has worked on the car since the refurb. Phoned to notify them - no apology - evidently it was my fault because I hadn't brought the car back to Gillingham from London for 'retorquing' which they say I had been informed of and is in the T & Cs. No one had told me this on collection - I paid the £400 and they simply gave me the keys - just checked the invoice and T & Cs - no mention of torquing or returning the car after a month. More importantly - no concern that I had been driving around with a missing wheel nut for 6 weeks. In 50 years of owning cars and vans, never had a wheel nut come off - especially concerning as their business is tyres and wheels!

As an update - I recently had a puncture and when the wheel was taken off the special security nut that is supplied with the vehicle and that prevents the wheel being stolen wasn't present. So the wheel could be removed by thieves with any wheel spanner. The company told me when I complained that the nut may have fallen off or been stolen after they re fixed the wheel and that I should have made a 100 mile round trip for 'retorting'. But without the locking spanner no one could have removed the nut - the only people, apart from myself, who ever had the locking spanner were this company and it was only they who could have mislaid the special nut. Now I've got the problem of sourcing another locking nut.

Just read their reply - can't believe it - they specialise in fitting wheels and tyres - leave off a wheel nut and then blame the customer. In 50 years of driving have never been asked by a service supplier to have a wheel nut re tightened. It get's worse because I discovered when having a puncture repaired recently that it was the locking nut that was left off meaning the wheel could be stolen by anyone with a torque wrench - pathetic!

I had previous experience with Lepsons with a set of original Dunlop wheels from a Lotus Elan Plus 2 which I am really pleased with. I decided to ask them to try a set of Plus 2 ‘S’ wheels (with the chrome rims) which I thought in all honesty had probably had it. They collected the wheels and talked me to through the process. One didn’t make it but WOW, when they delivered the other 4 back I couldn’t believe how good they are. Big thanks to Jay and your colleagues for the hard work and a great result. I couldn’t be more pleased 👌

Great and prompt service, my wheels look like new again. Great service all round and would recommend to anyone. Amo also a top guy, helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Also he comes with a smile and friendly face. One very happy customer!

I hit a pothole and they were able to remove the two inch nail and save the tyre- without any sleazy pressured up selling (which has been my previous experience as a woman walking into an auto shop by herself).

In and out and job done within the hour!

Lepsons continue to do everything well, never try to profit from my misfortunes, and get the job done right every time. Always a pleasure to deal with such a straightforward organisation. So few of those left in business these days.

I left my Audi A5 with the team at Lepsons Wolverhampton and they have done a fantastic job on refurb my full set of wheels. The team was professional and completed the job a day ahead of the quoted time which was a lifesaver! So thank you to the team for sorting my wheels out!

Dropped my two wheels off on Friday afternoon told they would be three to five days to refurbish so rang to ask progress the following Wednesday but told sorry not ready that colour was difficult to apply so rang again on the Thursday told one wheel was done but second still to be finished finally had call to say ready on the Friday collected but not top quality not fully covered and had specs of dust in the finish not badly but not to their previous standard.

Thank you for your professional service and outstanding workmanship, in refurbishing my alloy wheels to such a high standard.

Having experienced diamond cut alloy refurbishments from so called local "experts" with very mixed results, I decided to bite the bullet and send my 19" (very expensive) wheel down to Lepsons to see what they could do. To cut to the chase....why did I not use them sooner. My contact Louise was super helpful and the returned wheel is simply amazing, and if at all possible, is in better condition that when they were brand new - a fantastic job. To add to the great job, I found their prices were no more expensive that the cowboys I'd used locally. Do yourself a favour, if you have expensive wheels and want them looking like new again, just use the experts.- Lepsons. About the only way they could improve their service would be to offer a courier service there and back, but I can't really mark them down for that. Many thanks to all.

What can I say? WHAT CAN I SAY???? Emma, you are a devil in disguise. Somehow you turned my awful, horrendous wheels into something that I can only describe as sheer devilishly fun. Your crew and god I wish I knew everyone that transformed those tatty only the garbage people would pretend to take and leave them into a work of art. Trying to describe what they look like now is hard. It transforms before your eyes. God I had some fun times teasing Emma, saying I hated them, and then there was a huge scratch on them. I think I got her. So thank you so much for sadly how quickly you did them. I was hoping at least a week but you did them in a couple of days. So thank you THANK YOU xx

Just had a single wheel refurbished by the very talented and professional team at Lepsons in Wolverhampton. This wheel had previously been refurbished by K'ford Alloys in Kingswinford and not only was it very poorly finished (for the second time) the paint was cracking and peeling off. Ryan and the team put it right in no time and did an excellent job of matching the colour and finish of the original wheels. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a set of four VW wheels fully stripped and re-powder coated. When they were returned they looked great Less than two years later one is starting to bubble around the centre cap, the other on the inside of the rim. I returned them for inspection and was told, repeatedly,that the work was out of warranty and the fault was in the metal of the wheels, not the refinishing I also had to pay for collection and delivery. Simply not good enough and I feel they are hiding behind behind the one year warranty. Beware. There are better wheel refinished out there.

Fantastic service from Lepsons. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Great advice on options and the refurbishment of the split rim wheels for the Jag really enhance the car.
