Excellent customer service
I ordered 5 boxes of pralines, and received the delivery a few days later. Unfortunately there was only 1 box in my parcel so I contacted the customer services. I received a very prompt reply and within 3 days, I received the remaining 4 boxes, which is great. The chocolates were really nice and made for perfect Christmas gifts at work!

fantastic service! my chocolate and jellies arrived about 22 hours after I ordered them! Beautifully wrapped ballotin selection and absolutely delicious fruit jellies. In a sturdy box, they arrived in perfect condition. The most delicious chocolate ever. A good selection in the ballotin. I highly recommend Leonidas Kensington

These chocolates are Christmas presents, and have not yet been tasted.
The outer box was crushed in transit, but the actual boxes of chocolates inside were undamaged.
A box of Leonidas chocolates was a gift to me some years ago, which were delicious.
