These lenses are awful

These lenses are awful. They are too soft & thin which makes them impossible to get in.
I've wasted many trying to get them In & never succeeded not even once.

They fold up on themselves every time .
Very frustrating

Dear customer, we are sorry this product did not match your expectations. :(

As a rule of thumb, daily lenses are thinner and softer than their monthly or bi-weekly counterparts, with the 1-day Acuvue Moist being one of the most delicate to handle.

While normally this is considered an advantage as they are more comfortable during wear, it can also lead to frustration during placement.

As a solution, we would recommend either moving to a more robust lens type (dimensions are given for all our products), or the purchase of a lens applicator (e.g., https://www.lentiamo.ie/contact-lens-applicator-silicone.html).

Only do what they have to do, not willing to help.

I usually use Cooper vision lens from Vision Direct but wanted to try Bausch and Lomb multifocal.
Recently I had my prescription checked (still the same) and ordered +1.50D multifocal from Lentiamo which is on the B&L ‘low’ range.
These simply do not give me any near vision, I asked for help from Lentiamo fully admitting I put in my own prescription correctly but these lenses were not suitable at all, I was not expecting a full refund but something that could help me with my €60 purchase which was down the drain. I was willing to purchase again at the next ‘add’ level of ‘high’ (even though this was not officially my prescription) but Lentiamo offered absolutely nothing to help.
Now one my say it is all on me as I got what I ordered and this is 100% correct, however I would judge companies by what they can do and not just what they have to do (law) in this case when I asked for some help there was nothing.
I won’t be using again and won’t recommend, back to Vision Direct who always helped out (but did not have BuL in stock)

Please know that we always try to help all our customers, irrespective of any potential mistakes during purchase - our goal is customer satisfaction and correct vision, after all!

Regarding this specific case, we unfortunately cannot accept products that have been opened already for health reasons. We have however been in touch, and have offered several alternatives at a significant discount, combined with a free gift.

Finally, please keep in mind that we are happy to help even further, but a recent prescription is recommended - without it, we cannot ensure that the lenses you are provided with will be the most suitable to your needs.
