They owe me 92 quid. I've tried to contect them through several channels (email, phone, chat, facebook), with no response. I genuinely missed the part where a prescription was needed to order lenses, as this is not the norm with other providers. They asked me for my prescription, and I told them I don't have it. After that i haven't heard a word, and even requested my money back via paypal. Not a single word. Next step is to go via my credit card provider.

took my money got no lens's have sent numerous emails and messages but had no response.i have also tried phoneing but number is disconected.i have now found an address so will be going to give them a visit.

Horrid service. Purchased my lenses on a Saturday morning (paid for delivery) assuming that my items would come on Tuesday latest as other providers do so, but they didn’t come until Friday after I had to constantly call their phone line over 20/30 times on Monday and Tuesday to which on Wednesday they answered to say “we’re off on Monday and Tuesday”. You should really display that on your website. It wasn’t until I mentioned that I wanted my money back they got their act together and got a email an hour later saying my lenses have been sent. On top of that, my package came in a small damaged brown box that wasn’t even been closed properly. The lid was fully open without tape or some sort of adhesive to keep the goods together. Poor service and never shopping again here again. The reason I went to them was for the student discount and extra lenses, (only 5 lenses by the way) but that doesn’t make up for the poor service. Spend your money elsewhere.
