Accessible people and prompt response times from start to finish with all matter of queries. Also, reviewed our interest rate part way through and were able to get a revised mortgage offer towards the end of the process with a lower mortgage interest rate.

Used the website for a few months. Nothing special. I avoided their bridging loan - I'm not paying £8k to borrow £40k.

Then the annual auto-renew comes up. No warning email. That's behaviour straight from crappy dating websites. And no reply from customer support.

BEWARE, cancel your membership renewal, and AVOID companies with such business practices.
