I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service provided by Lemsshoes.eu.

I purchased a pair of Lems shoes for approximately €170 in November 2025. After only around six months of normal use, the left shoe developed a hole in the upper fabric and the front stitching started to come apart. The right shoe, which has been used exactly the same way, remains in good condition.

When I contacted customer support, they immediately claimed that something had caught on the fabric and that the damage was not a manufacturing defect. However, they never explained how this would also cause the stitching at the front of the shoe to fail. My concerns were simply dismissed.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of goodwill. Even if they believed the damage was not covered by warranty, they offered no repair contribution, no discount, and no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. Their only suggestion was that I should pay a local shoe repair shop to fix the shoes myself.

For a brand that markets itself as premium barefoot and outdoor footwear, and for shoes costing €170, I expected far better durability and much better customer support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lemsshoes.eu and will think twice before purchasing from them again.

Lems shoes are great! My first pair, the Chelsea tuff boots, carried me through the winter season without having cold or wet feet. My second pair, the Laguna....I don`t want to pull them off my feet. My boyfriend got the trail blazer and love it. We really never walk in better shoes! Very good quality and build for a long life! Also the service (and delivery) is commendable!

I have had trail blazers for couple of months now. They really put my feet at ease. With the other shoes, I experienced significant discomfort and tingling sensations that caused me problems. Toe box is really comfortable and zero drops really makes difference. I have been using them as everyday shoes and sometimes for easier hikes and longer walks. The only thing that can get annoying is that the shoe laces sometimes hold great and sometimes they keep uniting I have now ordered Boulder Summit Waterproof - Rugged Bark they seem to be boots I’ve been looking for, looks and specs wise.

My first pair of Lems shoes definitely won't be my last.

Based on numerous reviews I had read beforehand, I already knew to expect lightweight, comfortable, and wide-fitting shoes — and all of that was confirmed once I had them on my feet. I was also pleased to find that the sole has a reasonable thickness, which was important to me.

The order was processed and shipped very quickly, and the delivery arrived without any issues. Highly recommended!

I love my Lems shoes. I was looking for a shoe - kind of barefoot (enough toe space, zero drop,etc) - but with a little bit more cushion than usual barefoot shoes - everyday shoes. My Lems shoes are exactly that. I love them so much I buyed another one. There is only one downside to the shoes. the mesh fabric gets cuts after a few months but I have to say I do wear them nearly every day (even in winter) maybe thats to much.

Great shoes, had them before. Bought some summer hiking shoes, like that I can find barefoot shoes with some sole stiffness for hiking on gravelroads without feeling every pebble.
Shipping is a little slow to Denmark, taking 3 days through multiple postal carriers.

I've been wearing out a pair of Trail Blazers (in juniper color) for 8 months now, and I absolutely love them!
At first, I ordered the wrong size, so I immediately got some experience with the exchange process—it was incredibly simple and fast, so a huge high five to the support team!

I love how breathable they are, that my toes have an insane amount of room, and on top of that, I think they look really cool too!

I've already picked out my next pair, which is going to be a Trail Thrasher Pro Waterproof!

I surched for shoes with a wide toe box, a good look and a good price for a long time until I found Lems Shoes. Now I love them! The fit of the shoes is perfect and I don't want to were other shoes any more. I were them about a year now and have 3 pairs now. Sadly my size 40.5 is sold out very fast and I only found this online shop, where I can buy the lems shoes in germany (I'm happy for tipps :)).

Great shoes with broad toebox and zero drop for good footfunktion! Good for ”beginners” at barefoot shoes or for those ho need a bit more padding than real baerfoot shoes have. If you’re after a real baerfoot feeling they have options for that too! Good customer support and service! The best thing for me, who have very broad feet 👣 is that they have different widths so you can find the perfect fit for you! I’ve had problems with that with other brands. But i would like for the eu store to offer all sizes! I’ve had to order from the us store to get my size..

The shoes are REALLY comfortable and stylish and are shipped very quickly. I at first ordered the wrong size and it was very easy to exchange. I just ordered my 2nd pair.

I have several pairs of Lems shoes. My absolute favorites are the 'old' type Boulder Boots! In general Lems are great! The only con I can think of is that you can't resole Lems!

Great products, very good quallity. Realy expensive, though - but each pair I ordered so far was worth their price for me.

The shoping experience got much better, now that they have a euopean warehouse to ship from. Returns are expensive, tough.

I started wearing barefoot shoes 4 years ago. But I walk my dog on various terrains and I didn't like feeling every stone and branch beneath my feet. Lems was recommended to me as a barefoot-friendly option - wide and flexible, but with a little more cushion. I bought the Primal model and never looked back 🙂 The shoes are everything I wanted them to be: comfortable, light, flexible, breathable and with a perfect sole for both paved roads and forest paths. I highly recommend this brand if you're transitioning to barefoot shoes or (like me) looking for the best of both worlds.

I discovered this brand a few years ago, and I absolutely love it. My first pair was the Primal Zen, and they're probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. On top of that, they look fantastic.
My only complaint is that after a few months, the mesh fabric around the toe area started to develop holes on both shoes. Unfortunately, the warranty had already expired, so I couldn't get them replaced. The holes are quite large now, but the rest of the shoes have held up remarkably well.
My second pair is the Trail Blazer. They're great shoes as well, slightly sturdier and a bit heavier than most minimalist shoes but they're perfectly suited for hiking and long walks.
I would definitely recommend Lems to anyone who's interested, especially people looking for minimalist shoes without having to compromise on comfort or style.

Good quality shoes. Comfortable to wear with good padding, unlike other barefoot shoes.

The shoes: Excellent quality, Lems are simply the best! They've been used for hiking in Grand Canyon, off-grid wedding in Norway, day-to-day use, camping tours, you name it!
