I received feedback quickly and clearly. The instructional help changing the settings didn’t work exactly as described (the blinking light never blinked), but still worked :).
I am concerned that the seller (Seattle Coffee Gear) is sending me to Lelit while Lelit is trying to send me to SCG. But we’ll address that next time.

Each representative was quite good and wanting to solve problems, but the experience was disjointed and hard to get a hold of anyone. The whole experience took too much time between responses and different representatives replying, which makes it challenging for cohesion. The chat window was never open. No phone support.
My Lelit Bianca required a tiny little part that is so prone to failure that they’re supposed to included in the box. Unfortunately that piece is not sold separately and I had to purchase a larger kit package (thankfully, they priced it well for this situation) That piece, a gicluer, should be offered separately.
Overall, it felt piecemeal but i’m very happy to have some spare parts.

Ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per una macchina del caffè, servizio ottimo, proprio quello che ci si aspetta quando si investe in un prodotto di qualità come questo. L'azienda ha gestito tutto il processo, dalla spedizione presso la loro sede alla riconsegna presso il mio domicilio, informandomi regolarmente sull'andamento della pratica. Continuate così.

My machine started leaking after 6 months. I submitted for a warranty claim. Took over a month to get me a service pack to send in for repair. I then expressed I was not comfortable sending my machine in based off how slow service process was. Then requested a new machine. Machine came new and was leaking out of back of steam wand on to lcd display internally. Again requested a new machine. New machine came and the flow control valve did not function and group head gushed out water. Requested part to fix my self. Still waiting on part to fix machine. Have not had a working machine now for over two months. Communication sucks 3-4 days to get reply by email. QC absolutely can’t be worse. 2 new machines I received not functional. I am left waiting on parts to fix my machine my self. Wish I could give a lower rating. I will be sharing my experience with every one. Deeply regret spending 3k on a machine that doesn’t work. Wish so bad I could get my money back and go a different route. So sad

Bei Problemen mit einem Händler hat Lelit mir schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ich hatte ein Video einer Fehlfunktion an Lelit gesendet nachdem der Händler Gewährleistungsansprüche ablehnte. Lelit hat hierzu schnell geantwortet. Nachdem ich die Email an den Händler weitergeleitet habe, in der Lelit die Fehlfunktion bestätigte ist der Händler seinen Pflichten nachgekommen.

Avevo un guasto al display della mia Lelit Bianca. Hanno risposto subito suggerendo sia gli indirizzi dell'assistenza sia un sito per l'acquisto online. Dopo hanno chiesto se avessi potuto risolvere il problema. Solo quattro stelle perché l'assistenza non viene a casa, sorprende per una macchina da 27 kg.

Ottima esperienza. Ho contattato il Servizio Clienti Lelit per un portafiltro a pressione acquistato on line che si e' dimostrato essere difettoso. La gentilissima Customer Care Representative Enrica Montagnoli ha preso in carica il ticket e con estrema cortesia e professionalita' ha diretto tutte le fasi del reso ed in breve tempo ho ricevuto il nuovo portafiltro.
Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del risultato ed ringrazio vivamente Enrica.

Ordered day zero, original machine was delivered working day 3 with some cosmetic damage to the front panel. Returned and received back at warehouse on working day 5. I was promised a replacement would be shipped same day. Order was actually raised for FOC replacement on morning of day 6, it should have been shipped the same day. On working day 10 their website STILL said order status was "Processing". FINALLY it was despatched on working day 12 but the tracking link did not work. On day 14 I chased it and was given the missing tracking reference (system issue) and I received the product on working day 15. Reason for delay in despatch (6 working days plus 1 weekend late) was "IT error between our systems and the courier's".
If that was my business, I would have identified the top 20 most urgent or overdue deliveries and I would have arranged a courier collection manually, not waited for the IT to be fixed a week later.
To their credit, the Customer Service team were very responsive to my multiple emails but couldn't really do much to help.
