Norway, one of the supposedly richest and happiest countries in the world. Everybody thinks Norway is heaven, untill they come to Drammen Legevakt. Their low score is well deserved. A thorough unprofessional outfit providing a theatre play which they apparently named 'health service'. Went to this facility with a serious medical problem after suffering for a long time. Got told that there was nothing wrong with me and that the doctor could find nothing wrong. He had an extremely careless and condecending attitude. When I asked if he could refer me to a specialist for further tests, he first said he is a dedicated MD, then he asked who's my dedicated MD, and said I had to go to that MD, as I could NOT get a specialist referral at Drammen Legevakt. What a wasteful system. I did come to Drammen Legevakt for a reason, I was stressed out and worried, and this is what I get, the nurses said I could go private if I was so rich. I'd say this doctor is incompetent as he claimed my condition was ok. The doctor was male and very young with blonde hair. You could take any random smuck off the street and he would be doing a better job than this doctor. What is the point of Drammen Legevakt when they are unable to help with medical issues and refer to hospital or a specialist. Then, to add insult to injury, when you raise your voice and complain, you're the one causing the problem all of a sudden. Obviously we're all treated like cattle and they don't genuinely care anything about your health. Be an obedient proletarian and God forbid if you demand proper service... And then they just finished it off by calling the police despite me only raising my voice and shouting loudly how incompetent the facility was. Clearly they lack training in basic human psychology, when you are sick and vulnerable, the last thing you want to meet is disrespect. If you can afford it, any private facility must be better than this. No value for tax money at all.
