LED Neons is the best! They are fast and efficient!! I chatted with Mark about a project I needed quickly. He told me that he would get right on it even though he couldn’t promise me my sign would get to me by my aggressive deadline. I went ahead and took a chance and it was delivered in time! Customer Service top tier! I would recommend 10/10!

Our experience was beyond phenomenal. We reached out to them, provided our logo design, received a response quickly with mockup of exactly what we wanted and we saved $400+ from a previous quote. The package arrived a few days later than what LedNeon and ourselves expected due to the carrier but the wait was well worth it. Oh and I cant forget about their customer service...beyond GREAT!!!!!! They were so patient with me with all my questions/concerns as they reassured me that everything would turn out like we wanted. Again they were so right. Thanks again, we will recommend you time after time.

I just posted a 1 star rating…. I am very regretful for doing that….( I was mad because my neon arrived broken) my apologies… it was a transportation mishap. I emailed customer service, and they took care of everything… they have a great team! I would give them 10 stars, for being patient with someone that jumped to the worst possible conclusions…. I was looking into getting a custom neon sign of my logo. I was new to this, so it was important to know what I would be getting. I reached out to a few different vendors and LedNeons responded quickly and left little to the imagination. They sent me a link to a product page with a photorealistic image of my logo. I was impressed. They were not the cheapest of the bunch, but their communication and the concept image gave me confidence that I helped me decide to go with them. (With this type of thing, I imagine, you get what you pay for)I got my led sign quickly and could not be happier!

Amazing experience! There was a little hiccup with the shipping process and the way LED Neons handled it was incredible. Extremely quick to respond to my emails and they took care of the issue in under 24 hours. Cherry on top is I received my sign today and it’s GORGEOUS! Highly recommend this company!

WOW! WOW! And WOW some more! I expected to receive a really nice neon sign. But what I actually received far exceeded what I could possibly imagine. Team LED NEON went above and beyond in working with me on my purchase. On top of that, they created the most beautiful neon sign for my granddaughter's home business. They worked with me on the price as well. They also took the time to make sure the packaging completely protected my sign 100%. This company is the most reliable and honest and respectable company that I have dealt with in a very very long time. I have been shown the greatest respect from the entire team. Their work is absolutely stunning and worth every penny and lots more. You absolutely cannot go wrong with LED NEONS. I have never ever dealt with a company before them that is so customer conscientous and forthright. They are TRULY one of the real greats and definitely a dying breed. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Went out of their way to accommodate my design process, returned drafts of proposed sign quickly and accurately. Always professional and easy to work with!

They were very timely. Corrected art proofs before commitment to build as we fine tuned the design. I think it looks fantastic. The reason I did not give it a full 5 star is because I think the connector cable to the LED and power should be better secured and protected as it is a point of failure. The design team was great. The manufacturing of the way the cable was left is not well thought out to secure it better and should exit thru the plastic base in my opinion. I had to devise some secure points to keep it from shorting out over a period of setup and tear down after every job and not look sloppy.

Everything was exactly as described.
