Waste of $$$$ in my opinion. Ive been using this mask faithfully since January 2026-September 2026 with the same fine lines I had when I started! and I do mean “Fine Lines” Cost to much to do absolutely nothing……

NICOLE made my experience great! I submitted an email describing an issue with the battery I received 5 months ago with my order. Nicole responded quickly and with very kind assistance. This experience has simply made me more grateful to have decided on the LED Esthetics team for my red-light therapy. THANK YOU!

I love my Glotech Mask Pro! And the customer service at LED Esthetics is amazing! I had an issue/question, and they immediately texted & emailed me back to resolve it. Impressive for such a large company!

I had an issue with my battery pack not working with my face mask; I have both the mask and collar. I submitted a video via email as requested and they noticed that I was using the same batter back for the mask and collar. They are not interchangeable. I was unaware of that until I contacted LED Esthetics. I didn’t have a problem after all. They were very accommodating and helpful! It’s great to receive outstanding customer service!!

When I first used the product I knew I was doing something wrong because the red lights would not turn on. I contacted the company by email and they responded the same day. They requested a video of what was happening, I sent it and they were very fast getting back with me…problem solved. It’s very simple to use and I’m excited to see the results as time goes on. Very responsive customer service. I’ve been using my collar for a year and a half and love it! I’m having an issue and customer service replied quickly and is helping me resolve the issue.

We purchase these masks in bulk for retail - our employees and clients absolutely love them. They're easy to sell and even easier to use. The results speak for themselves! On top of that, any time I have a request or issue for a client, I receive a speedy response and kind and helpful communication (typically from Nicole)! I'd highly recommend this company and product to others, overall.

I have had my Glotech mask for slightly less than a year. It's been an awesome asset in my beauty arsenal. Recently, the mask started to begin malfunctioning by not turning on properly and not staying on for the correct amount of time. I contacted customer support, and they asked me to email videos of the issues. I did so, and Nicole from customer support responded immediately. She apologized for the issues and sent a replacement mask out right away. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Wow! Great product and great customer service!

I have had my Glotech hair pro cap a little over a year, using it every day including when I travel. I thought it worked great and was starting to see results but recently I started having issues with the the lights illuminating on only one quarter of the cap insert panel. I contacted Glotech and Nicole responded immediately. After sending her a description of the issue and a video showing what was happening she is looking into replacing the broken panel for me. Thank you Nicole, most places do not have such a good customer service response!

Customer service at LED Esthetics is excellent. Novaalab took weeks to respond, so I canceled my order and switched to LED Esthetics. Nicole at LED Esthetics was fantastic — friendly, helpful, and patient. I explained the issue to her, and she helped me resolve it lightning fast. There should be more people like Nicole in customer service. Thank you very much, Nicole.

I reached out about the power source for my red-light mask. Nicole with their customer service team responded right away. She gave me suggestions as to what the problem night be and was able to find a solution. It was user error of course! I was amazed at how quickly her continued correspondence was with me! 5-star experience!

Love the face and neck mask! I have seen so many results in my skin. I have not broke out or gotten any hormonal acne since.

I ordered the mask and neck combo treatment. They both came in beautiful packaging, and I was so excited to get started. Somehow, I believe I crossed contaminated what items came with which product, so I couldn't get the mask to work. Their customer service answered my email in less than 5 min. After two exchanges, I was able to use both items, and I couldn't be happier. Everything was solved in under 15 min. That is exceptional customer service at its best! I'm looking forward to using these products for a long time.

First of all, let me start by saying I’ve had the LED face mask for a couple of months and am seeing great results! Unfortunately my product seemed to have a faulty battery pack which caused it to not always turn on easily. I wrote the company and supplied photos and a video of the product outlining what was happening.

They immediately responded and corrected the issue and are sending a replacement. The customer service has been exceptional— matching the product itself! Highly recommended!

Customer service is fantastic and the company really stands behind its products. I was having connectivity issues with my mask and after troubleshooting and doing due diligence on both ends, they were able to quickly send me a replacement. I really love this mask, it’s the best I’ve had and I’m grateful for the people behind the product. Thank you!

I have used the red/blue light face mask as well as the red light neck collar regularly for just over a year. I am 39 and often get compliments on my skin! I intend to continue using these products as staples in my skin care routine.
