Account was suspended randomly
My account was suspended without any explanation. One morning I logged in and saw a message saying my account is under review. I reached out to support and they say it could take up to 10 business days to resolve this. There is still money in the account and I still can't access it.

Bought with confidence
Bought light bulbs previously from here, they are fairly priced deliver quickly and the bulbs are high quality and last for ages, so I come back with confidence

No customer service
I have payed for next day delivery, but have got my order delivered after 2-3 weeks. I thought it will never turn up. There was no response when I was trying to get in touch with customer service. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Telephone number is not a valid number, company doesn't answer form on contact us page or emails to sales address.
Also during my wait the website was taken down, just got 403 forbidden error.

Great service
Great service. I had been told that the candle bulbs I wanted with 3000K colour temperature which I needed to match some other lights, didn't exist, so I was delighted to find them here!

LEDs are excellent
LEDs are excellent, the voltage pen is not useable.
I have the larger version and the top unscrews OK.
The nely purchased version has instruction which say unscrew, but this is not possible there must be some other secret to inserting the batteries.
