Il passeggino è pratico e maneggevole ma le tre posizioni con cui si può reclinare lo schienale sono davvero limitanti. Inoltre nella posizione seduta non viene offerto nessun tipo di supporto laterale, mia figlia ciondola a destra e a sinistra senza trovare una posizione comoda. Per questo prezzo mi aspettavo un prodotto soddisfacente a 360, quella indicata per quanto mi riguarda è davvero una grossa pecca.

Sono mamma da 8 mesi e alla ricerca di un passeggino leggero, pratico ed esteticamente accattivante mi sono imbattuta in Leclerc baby ed è stata la mia salvezza!
Sto usando il modello Influencer da più di 2 settimane, l’ho già provato in viaggio e mi sto trovando molto bene.
È leggero (da chiuso riesco a trasportarlo io che sono minuta), maneggevole (va che è una meraviglia), poco ingombrante (è entrato tranquillamente nel bagagliaio insieme a 2 valige), super accessoriato (barra davanti, poggia piedi, parapioggia, porta bottiglietta) e fashion! Ho guardato vari modelli della categoria “passeggini leggeri”, ma nessuno mi ha convinto come questo! Lo schienale può assumere 3 posizioni ed è comodissimo per fare la nanna. E la chiusura poi? Wow, faccio tutto da sola con in braccio la bimba: aprirlo e chiuderlo è un gioco da ragazzi. Ultima cosa (ma non di minore importanza) il servizio clienti è top e Giulia è super disponibile. Grazie Leclerc baby!

There is 15 days I am waiting for the delivry of my order. Your service is very bad above all I paid Fedex for a quick delivry. What do you do in such case ?

Llegó perfectamente el pedido, además más rápido que comprándolo en otras tiendas. El carro influencer es perfecto, ligero de peso pero soporta mucho peso, y fácil de guardar

Great light easy to use stroller. Super easy to fold and unfold .plus the seat can be fully reclined.
I just find that the other two positions are not comfortable and the seat has not enough support for my baby as he keeps leaning toward the sides.

Also suddenly for some reason the stroller doesn’t stay folded. It opens up the moment i tried to lift it or transfer it to the car.

Excellent buggy and excellent customer service. You can't really ask for more and its worth it to choose a brand you can trust.

Best Customer support experience. I had to contact support and the answers where incredibly fast. They offered to help me right away and I'm very pleased about the outcome. The person handleing my case was also very understanding and kind. I trust this company and will definitely recommend it further.

We've bought "Leclerc Influencer" stroller, and after several months the bumper bar broke down. I thought it was a non-warranty case and with little hope wrote a mail to the company, asking if we can purchase the spare part. Surprisingly for me, they answered immediately and after exchanging a couple of emails, Leclerc sent us a new bumper bar - totally for free. I received it in several days. Great customer experience, many thanks to Leclerc and to Ms. Catrin Werner (the account manager) personally!

De strap van mijn luiertas was stuk, ik vroeg om een vervangende strap (te kopen) maar tot mijn verrassing kreeg ik een hele nieuwe tas.
Dat is pas service!! Kunnen veel merken en winkels van leren.

I am very satisfied from the influencer stroller. It is very light and portable. Also, we had an incident and our kid broke the clip of the bar and I send an email at the support of the leclerc company about purchasing a new one and the next morning they respond me with an email and a tracking number of a shipment with a new bar. Immediate and effective response. We definitely will bought also the extension for our new baby that is coming.

Heerlijke kinderwagen! Stijlvol en soepel met rijden! Mooi rechtop voor goed wegkijken En ook mooi plat zodat onze peuter ook nog lekker erin kan slapen.
Wij hadden ook de voetenzak erbij gekocht. Op de site staat dat deze is voor kinderen tot en met 5. Maar onze peuter van echt net 2 paste er echt niet in! Dat is wel echt balen! Gelukkig paste de zak van SilverCross ook in de wagen dus die nemen we mee bij een lange dag weg.

Currently on holiday with our 4 month old and bought the Leclerc Influencer for travelling. We had previously bought the Silvercross Jet however when we went away in December the pram broke mid holiday! It felt and proved to be very flimsy. The Leclerc on the other hand, is fantastic! It feels so sturdy and is really easy to move around, folds/unfolds instantly and is super stylish. 100% recommend.

Best and quickest service and amazing stroller!

We live in London which is one of the worst cities to get around with a stroller. I had to constantly ask people to help me on and off the tube, bus and trains. It always made me feel uncomfortable so I started to go to centre of london less and less. But then I decided to look for a perfect London stroller. Something that I can fold and unfold with one hand while holiding my baby. A lot of companies claim that their stroller is one handed (cybex, joolz, yoyo), but after trying them in stores i was disapointed. And just when I almost gave up, I found Lecler. It's not that common in UK. So in order to find some reviews i had to watch videos in dutch and russian (luckily both had subtitles). And Lecler came as number one in all comparison test.
I was very excited when I ordered it and even more so when it arrived. I would describe it as the most sexy and liberating stroller out there :)
It's light, easy to maneuver, looks elegant and most importantly folds AND unfolds with one hand each time without a fail. It's been liberating to be able to go out and about without asking people to help me constantly or checking if the tube station is accessable for us.
I highly recommend it!

Also to add, they customer service is excelent. I had an issue with their UK distributer and they were very helpful, replied the next day and reached out to the supplier for me to resolve the issue. Thank you to Catrin and Jacob for helping me.

Fantastic Customer Service! Very responsive and helpful. Our bumper bar on our Influencer stroller. Used their chat function - the agent, Catrin, was amazing. Sent me an email within 2 mins asking for more info. 20 mins later - she had arranged a replacement to be sent to me FOC (under warranty).

You might pay a bit more for Leclerc products - but it is definitely worth it when things go wrong or need replacing.
