They are a scam. They have been holding my money since last year. After constant chasing, they cancelled my order. When I contacted my bank, I received a refund, and they caused a lot of trouble over it.

Their terms and conditions do not include refunds. I explained that I did not cancel the order—they did. They said only store credit was allowed, took the money from me again, and issued store credit instead.

I have used that store credit three times, and each time, after the promised delivery period, they cancelled my order. The items were shown as in stock, yet they still cancelled.

They are holding my money without delivering any items. This is completely frustrating and feels like a scam. This store/website should be taken down.

I have been waiting for my order from 2 months now. It was a ready to ship order but later they told me it was not available. They asked me for the exact date of the event and told me i will have it before the event. I tried to talk to the customer service and every week they told me they will expedite the process or my order will be deliverd next week. Until now all i have is excuses. I have the event in 2 days and they don't even have shipped my order.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I ordered an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. I received the wrong order. I contacted them and returned the outfit as they said they would refund me. Months later and numerous emails and WhatsApp messages later with no reply, I have gone through my bank for a refund. I also lost the money I paid for customs. I have been truly ripped off. So not use this company

I ordered 3 months ago and still have not got my dress! The only way to contact them is via whatsapp and they don’t reply half the time. And when they do reply, they keep telling you the same thing ‘2-3 weeks’ ‘delivery soon’ and yet its been 6 weeks and my dress still is not here. Its not exactly cheap either so what is with this poor customer service?! Either own up to the fact that you don’t have it or send my dress!

DO NOT ORDER!! If you have already ordered take a screenshot of the transaction call your bank and do chargeback! Do not get scammed it is tough enough without scamming muppets.

I'm so stupid, i should've checked trust pilot before ordering my clothes. I ordered a next day delivery package which was to be expected to come between 1-3 days yet its been over 2 weeks and none of them have replied to my messages on whatsapp nor my emails. Im genuinely distraughted by this as i can't even get my money back.

ITS A SCAM!!!!! Do not order from them. They take your payments and do not send your order even after the long awaited timeframe. They do not respond to your email or messages and do not refund your money. This website should be taken down they owe me £149!!!

ITS A SCAM! Do not order from them. They take your money and do not send you anything, do not respond to your email or message and do not refund your money. This website should be taken down. Please report them to the NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY CENTRE and they can take the website down, so no one get scammed again.

I would give 0 stars if possible.

I put an order through and then after weeks was told it couldn’t be sourced so I could choose another item or get a refund. I chose the refund to which they replied and acknowledged this.

I then heard nothing from them. Despite emailing, multiple messages and now I have had to go through PayPal where they are also not responding.
If not for PayPal I would have no hope for getting my money back.

They have now blocked me on WhatsApp as my messages only show one tick after weeks of chasing.

This is such poor service and please save yourself and do NOT order from here. They are not even providing goods and just taking money and not returning. At this point, that’s THEFT!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 21st March still no parcel. Customer service ignores my messages and emails. Even the parcel I was tracking got removed, and weirdly the payment as well but no refund. Very confused. Please avoid.

Very bad company I ordered kanwal malik Elara suit and kanwal malik Mayal suit I never received them total crap company it is a big fraud company that takes money but never sends any suits to buyer. I’m going through PayPal to get my refund back please always pay through PayPal for future refund from fraud company’s like Lebaas online

Wish I could give it 0 stars. It’s a scam website. They didn’t send a confirmation email and I kept asking for an update for my order but they did not respond. I asked for a refund and I told them I will report them which I have done and they have finally refunded me after putting me through such a distressing time

I bought a suit online and was sent something completely different 3 months later.

It took more than 7 weeks for the dress to come then when i opened the dress its was cheap dress not even worth wearing instead of asim jofa dress for which I paid £128 this the only reply on whats app comes will check and nothing has happened for days please donot buy from here its a scam

I was lied to multiple times about the item being sent to me and only got it after chasing for months.
I received the item with sleeves detached so it can’t be worn without me tailoring it myself.
I was denied a refund of a ready made suit order against the distance selling regulations and instead given a credit note.
When I used the note for a subsequent order I was lied to again about delivery timescale and six weeks later still no sign of the item.
Abuse of customer trust and money.
Do not buy.

So I find the dress I fall in love with for a wedding coming up after searching through many outfits. I ordered the outfit and asked how long it would take via WhatsApp, I was told approx 6 weeks. I was like that's fine. 6 weeks arrive, nothing. Bearing in mind, after I ordered the outfit, I then started to read the reviews, I was in shock and started to become hesitant but a lot of the comments were about lack of delivery time, so I thought the customers eventually received the outfit. Continuing on, I then ask for an update, no reply, I then decide to type in a little rant on the WhatsApp chat, this should not be how a business works - if a customer has spent money on your company, you should have the decency to reply back, money does not grow on trees. Do you have any issues regarding the business such as online or stock issues or lack of employers in the company that you do not have sufficient online communications, then this should be dealt with. This little rant was then replied with in stitching. I said that's all I asked for. One month goes by, August, I ask for an update, without any notification, nothing, they provide me with a refund because the outfit exceeded the shipping outcome. I asked what did that mean, no response, and then I thought if this has anything to do with shipping issues, then why are they still selling the outfit online? By the way, when the notifications come up on the website that someone bought this outfit, my name did pop up but somebody else who ordered the same outfit popped up at the same time too, I wonder if her outfit was sent to her. I don't know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! WILL NEVER ORDER OR EVEN BOTHER AGAIN, they should actually given me compensation for wasting so much time on them. I will file a complaint to UK standards whoever is responsible in business practice over this.

Orders for Eid was told would be delivered in time and wasn't, messaged numerous times and was told I would receive it in a few weeks nothing after 3 months finally received and it was incorrect and smelt so bad... case in with PayPal for refund - I still had to pay to return the item which was wrong
