We loved our place in banff . Close enough to town but far enough away for a beautiful view of the mountains . Easy to get to . Very clean .

Me sentí muy complacida con el tiempo pagado por estar en el resort; primero, el apto estaba bien limpio, con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estancia saludable y tranquila. La cocina bien equipada, así como los baños, también tienen toallas, colchas y almohadas extra.
La opción de pescar fue maravillosa; en el pier se pesca bien, incluso tienen agua, cuchillos y tablas para limpiar y lavar los pescados Tienen cancha de tenis y una piscina limpia y muy buena. Está en el medio de varios restaurantes y marinas. la playita esta muy rica y lo bueno es que es particular. The host was really great with…
The host was really great with everything! There were timely auto-sent notes with all the information you need...but when my travel plans were messed up due to flight issues and missing baggage, they really stepped up and were in communication with me working on a solution. Leavetown Vacation's really provided superb customer service. I stay in a lot of short term rentals and they are top notch!

I will come back for sure. The space was tidy, a few nice perks, access to hot pools, and easy to get everywhere. Thanks for a great stay. The little extras really made this quite nice.

I like the Banff Rocky Mountain resort condos, great to have the kitchen/seating areas - good to hang out together, and the booking /check in process was easy

They will nickle and dime you so beware.
We had a nice stay until we left the property and received an invoice for $25 for excessive cleaning, which were due to crumbs left on the stove. There was no vacuum on the premises to vacuum up a mess nor was their a drying rack to allow cleaned dishes to dry so we had to leave drying dishes on the stove which they took for being dirty. They will nickle and dime you for additional charges so beware.

The additional cleaning fee was applied due to the condition the property was left in. Our team noted excessive crumbs on the stove that could have been easily wiped up, as well as dishes placed on the stove that did not appear clean. In addition, the trash bin was found to be overflowing, with extra rubbish left on the floor. These factors required additional cleaning time beyond our standard turnover.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with our charges, and these fees are only applied when extra cleaning is necessary. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of cleaning supplies and dish drying options, and will take this into consideration for future improvements.
Cancelled reservation day of
Worst experience ever, do not book with them . They cancelled my reservation day of booking +two hours before arrival. On the website there was a crib available, and leading up to the booking they said that a crib cannot be guaranteed. I asked them over and over to either tell me if there was a crib or not prior to arrival, to which they refused. I described this akin to booking a four bed apartment and being told beds were subject to availability but not telling us if there would be a bed day of. They cancelled so I would not leave them a bad review and left us without accommodation. This trip was for my baby to meet my dying grandfather and the whole family are devastated. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They are heartless, cold and cruel individuals.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, we did our best to communicate clearly ahead of your arrival that a crib/cot is not guaranteed, as it is subject to availability. We understand how important this was for your stay, which is why we offered the option to cancel free of charge while you were still within the cancellation window if the arrangement did not meet your needs.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the communication that followed, including repeated threats and inappropriate language toward our team, the matter was escalated to Airbnb support. After reviewing the situation, Airbnb made the decision to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.
We want to assure you that cancellations are never taken lightly, and this action was only taken after careful consideration and in line with platform policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and staff.
We do sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and wish you and your family all the best.

Donc 10€ pour les derviettes de bains et 12€ par lit, le tout en supplément bien sûr
Le four est sur le meuble de l’ordinateur à côté de la télévision
Le logement est minuscule alors que la photo vous montre un duplex lumineux...

Nous tenons à préciser que notre annonce indique clairement : « Plusieurs de ces appartements sont disponibles et chacun est décoré individuellement. Les photos présentées sont une représentation de l'appartement que vous recevrez. » Ainsi, les clients sont informés avant la réservation que la décoration et l'agencement peuvent légèrement varier d'un appartement à l'autre. Tous les frais supplémentaires sont également indiqués clairement dans l'annonce avant la confirmation de la réservation.
Nous sommes également désolés d'apprendre que l'agencement de l'appartement ne vous convenait pas. Si vous nous aviez contactés pendant votre séjour, notre équipe se serait fait un plaisir de vous aider et d'étudier les possibilités de vous reloger dans un autre appartement disponible, si possible.
Le confort de nos clients est primordial et nous les encourageons toujours à nous contacter pendant leur séjour afin que nous puissions résoudre tout problème immédiatement.

Vacation condo in Jackson, WY
We rented a beautiful condo in Jackson, WY for Memorial Day weekend. Leavetown made the reservation process super easy, answering all our questions and confirming all the details quickly. Once we were booked they continued to update us with information and responded immediately to any last minute questions we had. We had a fantastic vacation and will definitely book through Leavetown again!

What a spot
What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. We had a fantastic stay at Vilar Do Golf! The accommodation was modern, spotless, and recently renovated—super comfortable for our family. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the pool was perfect for the kids. Great restaurants on-site and a well-stocked supermarket made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

"Property was squeaky clean
"Property was squeaky clean! Good supply of kitchen ware, linens, and toiletries. Decor was attractive and fun. Additional suggestions would be to include a little grill on the deck and to address the layout in the master shower (water hits wall vs the person, maybe a wand shower head?). The property management company gets 6/5 stars—most responsive group I have ever seen in all of my VRBO stays. They were fantastic.
