Good communication great bag🤩. Will buy again

Was quick and fast with a great product

I recently purchased a genuine leather bag and have been so impressed. The leather quality is amazing. The bag I chose is suitable for daily use, it is spacious enough to fit my laptop and other essentials without feeling bulky. The delivery was fast. I highly recommend buying from Leather bags NZ

I love my new laptop bag!
The genuine leather smell is my absolute favourite.
Not only that but shipping was so fast and exactly like the pictures.

Great quality leather bag, fast delivery, I would highly recommended :)

I had to return an item that wasn't right for me. The leather bags NZ company paid for the postage to deliver it. I found this business very helpful in assisting customers. They provide great customer service and know exactly what it means to take care of customers. The business owner, Daniel, is amazing — super patient and caring. I made a mistake by providing the wrong bank account details, and Daniel patiently exchanged a few emails with me until it was sorted out. Although I couldn't make a purchase this time, I will definitely go back. Do I recommend this business? 100%.

The service of delivery was very quick and the bag arrived in perfectly protected condition. This company was the only one that had this particular colour. This bag was priced better than other identical bags but the fact this bag was sold within N.Z was the deal breaker for me as I wanted it before xmas. After I received the bag there was follow-up email asking I was satisfied with the bag and offer their service for any further purchase.I would higlyrecommend this company to any one seeking leather goods.

When I was looking for a duffle bag to give as a wedding gift to my best man, I was fortunate enough to come across Dan's store. Dan was extremely patient and accommodating, taking the time to address every concern I had and ensuring that my needs were met. He provided excellent customer service and made the shopping experience a pleasure.
When the time came for me to order, I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived sooner than I had expected. The packaging was impeccable, and I could tell that Dan took great care in ensuring that the duffle bag was shipped safely and securely.
When I opened the package, I was blown away by the beautiful craftsmanship and the high-quality leather of the duffle bag. It was stylish yet functional, with plenty of room for all the essentials. The attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell that Dan takes great pride in his work.
Overall, I am very impressed with the duffle bag and the level of customer service that Dan provided. It was an excellent gift for my best man, and I know that he will enjoy using it for years to come. Thank you, Dan, for exceeding my expectations!

High recommend this bag, thanks!

Friendly, quick and accommodating customer service. It was a pleasure to buy from them. I bought the Tessa bag in honey. It is a great size for my work bag (easily holds my computer) and it's a lovely colour.

Very happy with my purchase - It seems to be really well made. It was also shipped and arrived very promptly. I would definitely recommend Leather Bags NZ!

It took a while for the product to be shipped and arrive, almost 6 days I believe. It's not bad, but it's kind of slow. I liked the price point and website was easy to navigate.

Love my red leather wallet. Only thing I would say is it appeared to be quite a bright red on the website but was dark when received. Love it anyway. Pleasant shopping experience.
