Lease For Life Housing Group is a specialist social lettings agency that works in partnership with private landlords and local authorities to provide secure, well-managed homes for hardworking families, key workers, and individuals in need of safe housing. We handle everything from tenant vetting and referencing to complete property management and guaranteed rent, making the letting process seamless, ethical, and profitable for landlords. We are currently working with landlords who are looking to sell their properties. While these homes are being marketed for sale, we offer excellent rental returns through our Temporary Accommodation (TA) model, which is based on direct agreements with local councils. These placements are not secured tenancies under the Housing Act, and we guarantee vacant possession within 28 days. This approach enables landlords to generate substantial rental income during the sales period, and many opt to continue with TA placements permanently due to the flexibility and financial benefits. Additionally, we operate a house-sharing platform for young professionals, delivered under a compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) model. This provides much-needed affordable housing for key workers and essential staff, while offering landlords significantly higher returns. By managing every aspect of compliance and tenant care, we support communities in keeping vital workers housed locally and securely. At Lease For Life, we believe that housing solutions should serve everyone — landlords, councils, and tenants alike. Our goal is to provide stability, income, and long-term value in every placement we make.

After meeting Karen I knew that everything was going to be alright and my move to Italy would have left my flat in good hands.

Couldn’t recommend Lease For Life more! They get out in front of any problem and resolve it. I had issues with my tenancy, and they swooped in fast and it was no longer a problem. Very friendly staff and great customer service.

Absolute amazing
A complicated tenancy made simple, dealing with a difficult tenant is a nightmare unless you are one of the teams from LFL – no messing around dealt with is clean and quick. Thank you so much, Toni; your experience was genuinely awful. Sometimes mistakes are made, and we can see what happened, and with your help, the matter is resolved. What is most important in the work we do is that both Landlord and Tenant get the results they want. Both feel secure, and both are treated with respect. These are complex and challenging times ahead; I hope the next government will put housing at the top of its agenda and reinstate the support landlords have stripped away from them over the last few years!
