The traineeship program is well-structured and easy to follow. The main thing is to take notes on the completed modules so you can refer back to them later. Preparing notes will definitely help with real-life projects. Moly is really good at explaining concepts and everything required for the program. For example, I was a little confused about the buckling stress ratio, and she clarified it very well during the course. The course progresses at a slow pace, allowing everyone to understand and follow the content. She also regularly updates the course materials according to the trainees' suggestions.

Great Course
As a beginner in Structural Engineering, taking this course was my best decision. This course had clear and detailed explanations of the design concepts with real-life photos and videos. Moly, the lecturer is a very experienced and knowledgeable Structural Engineer and has a great teaching style. The weekly Q&A sessions are great for asking questions, and Moly has the answers to them all.
Overall, great course and recommend it if anyone's trying to get into Residential Design.

The best course I have ever done in…
The best course I have ever done in Australia; super supportive team and the best lecturer, Moly. Very detailed and comprehensive course it was. Not until you take the course will you understand how many hours she has spent recording l, gathering information and spreadsheets she provided to make the life of timber structure designer easier and make you super confident. I will definitely will do the double storey course and wish she could add more topics even steel frame or combination of structures. You should take the course that you understand how much practical this course is with the software package nowhere will teach you all together.
