A helpful site and fairly easy to navigate.

The modules are well organised and provides a good summary beforehand. Furthermore, they're pleasant and interactive!

Some courses don’t tell which questions you have got correct or wrong so you do the courses again if you’ve fail d you’ve no idea why and then if you pass you don’t know why learn nothing

From initial tender, ideation and rollout of the LMS, the Learning Pool team have been exceptional. The program was complex in its requirements and the team went above and beyond to ensure these were met or offer workable solutions.

I would particularly call out the support of David Nichol who guided us through the LMS from start to finish. David is a real expert in his field but manages to strike the perfect balance when training somewhat novices. Looking forward to seeing the site continue to develop.

I found the course overall very informative and enjoyed the way modules expected interaction from students interpreting scenarios, this was extremely helpful when trying to digest points raised.

Consistent support all the time

The frustration of not being able to log on was soon rectified when I got in touch with them. There was very little delay in getting me logged on and I got on with the course which was clear and easy to understand.

Regardless of who picks up the call, you can be sure your query will be understood (even when you are not able to articulate it properly) and will be resolved, usually immediately.
