Your staff really go out of their way!
Heya, I had a jumble with my address and after I finished my course the certificate got sent through to the wrong address. But you managed to resend a tracked one via courier within a week to make sure i got it in time for my job interview :)
Thanks so much Learning Cloud, fingers crossed I get it!

Absolutely appalling
This is not adult education. The material in each chapter is about what you would expect a 12 year old to produce for a school assignment after a couple of hours on Google.
I reviewed my course material for under an hour, before deciding it wasn't for me, & asked for a refund.
Using "term & conditions" to deny !!!! You can't even have a look to check for yourself.
Unless you're under 10, stay away - you will be ripped off.

Thanks for your feedback. You have asked for help on the assessment and submitted your first assessment question. You also received tutor help and you were offered and received a partial refund.Unfortunately as you had asked for help and submitted an assessment it was not a full refund. You did agree to the terms and conditions that state you can look at your course and you have 7 days to do so however if you start your course and ask for help unfortunately that means you will not be entitled to a full refund.

Excellent Trainers and staff
I found the staff and tutors to be very helpful and while the course was challenging, help was never far away. I would highly recommend Learning Cloud to any student looking for a flexible and supportive way to study.
