धन्यवाद मॅडम हा कोर्स मी जॉईन करून दीड महिना झालेला आहे या दीड महिन्यामध्ये माझा मानसिक ताण तणाव 20 टक्क्यांनी कमी झालेला आहे मी आपण सांगितलेले नियमित व्यायाम ध्यान दररोज करीत आहे आपण सांगितलेल्या सर्व तंत्राचा वापर करून मी माझा मानसिक आणि भावनिक विकास करायला सुरुवात केलेली आहे करत आहे करणार आहे आपण सांगितलेल्या सर्व तंत्रांचा मला फायदा होऊ लागलेला आहे

मी खूप भाग्यवान आहे कारण मी डाॅ. अर्चना कोयले मॅडम यांच्या सनरायझर्स मॅनेफेस्टेशन क्लब चा सदस्य आहे. या कम्युनिटी मध्ये आल्यापासून माझ्यात खुप अमुलाग्र बदल झाला आहे. स्वाता:ची स्वतः सोबत नव्याने ओळख झाली. आपल्या प्रत्येक प्रश्नाचं उत्तर आणि प्रत्येक प्रॉब्लेम च सोल्युशन आपल्या मधेच आहे हे समजले "आनंद आपल्या मनातच" त्या मनाची योग्य मशागत दररोजच्या मेडीटेशन पहाटे ४:४५ ला होते आणि त्या ऊर्जेने प्रत्येक प्रॉब्लेम वर सकारात्मक मार्ग काढता येतो. गुरू माऊली आम्हाला जिवन शांततेत व सकारात्मकतेने कसं जगायचं हे त्यांनी डिझाईन केलेला २८ कोर्स च्या माध्यमातून शिकले.
आमचा सनरायझर्स परिवार तर येवढा भारी आणि उर्जावान आहे कि असा परीवार आणि एवढी चांगले चांगले व्यक्तीमत्व, आपुलकी, आदर, प्रेम, सपोर्ट सिस्टीम बाहेर कुठे भेटणे अशक्य आहे.
सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचे म्हणजे मॅडम यांनी एवढ्या चांगल्या चांगल्या NLP च्या टेक्निक्स डिझाईन केल्या आहेत की ‌एखादा व्यक्ती किती मनाने, शरीराने, विचाराने खचला असेल ना तर तो २८ दिवसात दुरुस्त होऊन आनंदी होणारच.

कुठे थांबायचं, कुठे पाळायचं याच तरतम्या मिळाले. पहिले 28 days. मग 28 days मॅरेथॉन,Grattitude practice च session या session पासून तर मी स्वतःला परिपूर्ण समजू लागले.
आणि आता abudance club, dimond club येथे तुम्हाला daily भेटता येत. आणि सेशन नी high energy मिळते.
सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे स्वप्न बघायला शिकले. आणि ते जगायला शिकले.

आपल्या ह्या क्लास मुळे खूप मोठ्या आजारातून माझे मिस्टर बाहेर पडले.मी सगळे technica वापरले. व एक चांगला अनुभव मिळाला.madam चे खूप खूप आभार.सर्वानी हा क्लास केला पाहिजे असे मला वाटते. More power to all members.

मी या कम्युनिटी मध्ये ऑगस्ट 2022 मध्ये जॉइन झालो होतो. यामध्ये माझे over thinking कमी झाले. भीती कमी झाली आत्मविश्वास वाढला. लोकामध्ये positive thinking share करत गेलो. पर्सनिलिटी डेव्हलपमेंट झाली असा सुखद अनुभव येत आहे. खुप काही सांगायच आहे. पण शब्द कमी पडतात. स्वप्नांचा पाठलाग करत आहे. लवकरच सत्यात येतील.
