Money Tree EA is rubbish
Their Money Tree EA is rubbish so don't waste your money on it. It is NOT prop firm compliant with daily draw downs of ten times the allowed 5% ! It does NOT produce results as claimed.
Their money back guarantee (with no questions asked) is a joke. They "give" a 30 day guarantee (so around 20 trading days) and the EA does not trade every day and only trades a relatively small number of days so there is little chance of truly evaluating the EA within the "Guarantee" period.
Even if you communicate with them (and they take days to respond) about the EA's performance within the 30 day period then ultimately claim a refund, well good luck with that. My "official" request for a refund was 2 days outside the guarantee period so while claiming they are honorable, they are totally not ! Hid behind the 30 days and refused a refund. Offered a cheaper product as a replacement and offered assistance to get the EA to perform as claimed even though I had set it up strictly according to their instructions with the installation using conservative settings and their recommended broker. Check out the reviews on YouTube - they agree with my experience
AND THIS RESPONSE FROM THEM WAS AS EXPECTED MY FRIENDS AND IS TYPICAL OF THE BULL**IT THIS COMPANY SPROUTS.

That is false. Most systems are not "compliant" with prop firms unless you set the risk properly for them and make sure you fit the rules. All prop firms have different rules. Money Tree Robot meets many prop firms rules, but you also have to set risk properly so it meets drawdown maximums. This user clearly did not set the risk properly and hence the result was too high drawdown.
The Money Tree trades most weeks, enough to assess if it's a fit for you or not. But in some cases it can have a week or two of reduced trading. When using proper recommendations there is ample time within 30 days to assess if it's a good fit or not.
If not we refund you if you like or you can try another system that might be a better fit.
Our policy is always to respond within 24 hours or less during business days. And we provide skype / telegram support on demand as noted. This user was told this could have had quicker support but chose not too to help him sort his issues.
As user says we honor our refund period, he requested refund outside of refund period yet still expected a refund knowing he was not eligible. But we wanted to make things right so we offered full support or exchange for another system that might be better fit and he refused. This user has been stubborn and just chose to believe what he wants and would not allow us to help him resolve the issues that were solvable.
Trade explorer is a great tool

With the help of the Leap team I picked a few systems, installed them to my broker and finally find that I'm consistently making money practically every month. Trade explorer is a great robot
Trade explorer is a great robot! Over about 5 months now, I've been able to double my account and make a little more on top of that. And it continues to grow! - I'm now considering purchasing a few more systems from leapfx.

Stay away
Stay away. Not only that it is not working properly, the support tries everything to not refund the money when using the 30 day money back guarantee. They treat you like an idiot by telling you it is all your fault and "you can quit and not make any money, which gets you nowhere, or we can help you make money. Your choice."
I activated and started the EA, it was running and a few days later I checked back and the EA had stopped running, showing me an "invalid license" error.
I activated again, started again, the EA was running in the morning and later that same day it showed the same "invalid license" error again.
So far I asked 3 times to get my money back. They ignored me twice and on the 3rd try I got the message with this stupid comment I quoted above.
Stay away!

After reporting the issue with them to PayPal I got this email today!
"Hi Ramon Schmidt,
You have some issues my friend, in our non professional medical opinion. You should seek help from a certified counselor of some sort. You most definitely didn't activate it properly, and like to blame others for your mistakes. I hope you don't give away these emotions when you play poker, as it will not help you win. Best of luck to you and i hope you get over your gambling issues. We will refund you now. You are not welcome to purchase from us again we don't want your business. Bye."
Interesting that they looked for me on the internet. One more reason not to sign up or give them any data.
Btw. I am a professional poker player for 14 years. No gambling issues here. :-)

This individual is twisting the story. Our team attempted to help him with the installation, they offered to go above and beyond, he refused to take the assistance. He then requested a refund, we always honor our refund. This user has some issues and we hope he gets the help he needs.
We clearly stated we were happy to refund him, and he simply ignored our email sending insults. We did refund him, and he was simply harassing our team members, which is why he was told his business was no longer welcome.

I have never had any problem with Leapfx they help me alot. The Trade Explorer is one of a kind and it made me profits. I hold myself accountable for the little drowdown that I had encountered and I'm soon making a correction and I promised the company that I will be back to continue with my Trade Explorer. Good team support. I recommend everyone to buy their products.

Trade Explorer blows accounts
Bought Trade Explorer and followed the recommended settings. Had to turn the trader off as it was opening way too many trades and the drawdown was horrendous. Contacted support and they said I should have used different settings completely different to their manual. Tried to get refund as I have lost £2500 in the trades and they have now blocked my email thus cutting off communication. DO NOT buy
From this company.
I have requested to test the software on a demo account using their new settings for Risk management after the fact. I will update again once I have completed the test on demo.

I'm sorry but this is not true. To properly manage the risk it is outlined in the manual and we provide support upon request as well to help. When you use higher risk setup than recommended you risk higher drawdown. We have responded to ALL your emails, and continue to do so. And never block communication. In fact, we see you emailed us yesterday requesting to use the software, which we responded to, to help. So please do not post false information that is not warranted. We have many happy and successful clients that follow the directions and are doing well - and happy to continue helping you of course as we help all clients. We ALWAYS honor our refund guarantee, but you are well aware you were past the refund period and were not eligible.

Been a customer for a while now and have used multiple systems. Some have worked out better than others but on the whole I’m very happy with my results. Customer service has always been very responsive to any questions I have too. Will definitely continue using their systems
