Leak Proof Roofing Services Liverpool Anmeldelser

Excellent work by Ryan and the team fitting my lantern and flat roof. Weather was very hot too but lads just cracked on. Sue in the office was always communicating with us. All round great service.

I commissioned this company to fit new gutters and re-flaunch my chimney and remove the caps, at the back end of 2025 due to leaks in both. After chasing the owner several times, he attended and quoted to remove the caps, re-flaunch and weatherproof the chimney. He did this without actually getting on the roof to check. He was convincing enough so I thought I would go ahead with the work and paid a cash deposit. They made me wait for several weeks until they could be bothered to show up. They eventually did the job just before Christmas and left. The gutters were left with issues and the chimney with the caps...and leak. I have been back and forth with them since about getting this resolved and while they have tried to rectify, they have left me out of pocket with more issues. I am a very unhappy customer and will be looking to escalate this matter if possible. Disrespectful. Rude. Unhelpful. Avoid!

Ryan and the team came to our rescue after we got home from holiday to a bad leak from roof into our bedroom.

I contacted them at almost 10pm in a desperate panick as rain was forecast for the whole following week- they were at my house by 7.30am. They assessed the issue when got materials and returned and resolved the issue within the same morning!
They are professional efficient and I would highly recommend this company.

Paid for a roofing survey, asked for the copies of the photos and have been emailing multiple times (8 in total over 6 months) but they have been ignoring my emails. Not sure i would trust to carry out work based on that after-care.

Spent nearly £1500 to have this joke of a company fit new gutters and facia (all around plus gable end) only to have it fall down twice due to shoddy installation. After 6 phone calls (one per week over a 6 week period) and being told the manager will be out within 48hrs to personally look at the job (after each phone call) still no show is incredibly frustrating. I'm now going to have to get another company to do what this company should have done in the first place. Don't bother unless you want to get ripped off and then fobbed off. Disappointing to say the least.

Thanks to Ryan for sorting out the follow up work on the roof, greatly appreciated!

Leak proof came and sorted a few leaks across my property, they sorted it all out in a day! Great group of lads. The office staff was very professional and polite also very helpful with all enquiries.

Arrived on time, done a really good, thorough job and left everything nice and tidy afterwards, would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceeded all expectations. The team completed the work ahead of time with attention to detail. Really pleased with my new roof. 5 stars highly recommend.

Great lads no messing about fast workers good prices

Amazing experience the lads are dead polite fixed the leak In me roof with in a day haven't had a problem since 10/10

Thanks to Ryan and the lads as well as Kayleigh on the phone sorting an issue on the gable end of the house, which was under its warranty. My gable had some of the sides coming off because of winds, as mine is like a wind tunnel but Ryan and his crew cam and rectified the issue promptly and now it is totally secure. Thank you so much

Came to look at a leak in our roof after having multiple people coming out and not being able to fix the problem. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to fix the problem straight away. They did an absolutely amazing job, kept tidy and made sure I was informed about everything they did throughout the process. Could not recommend them enough!

I called this company early hours when we had the last storm as I was frantic due to a whole in my flat roof just above my bedroom, the guys were out and on the roof around 1 hour later, they made the roof safe so no rain could damage even more of my home give me lots of reassurance Ryan explained what had happened and what the works entailed they give me a quote which was a great price so I accepted scaffolding was put up a few days later and the job was started the guys were great job completed In a timely manner and left spotless I couldn’t thank Leakproof roofing enough for their quick actions and fast response great respectful also very knowledgeable team thank you again guys

Ryan and his team done a fantastic job very fast and cheap would highly recommend

Ryan turned up to inspect the roof after I experienced a leak. After an initial assessment I received a quote on the same day and I agreed the roof should be replaced due to the age and wear. Booked it in with Kayleigh and a few days before the scaffolding and skip were delivered. When the day came the boys arrived bright and early. All the materials were delivered by a local company. They got straight to work and stripped the old roof and got the new membrane and battens down to make it watertight. On day two the majority of the tiles were laid. By the last day the remaining tiles were laid and the finishing touches were done (dry ridge and dry verge). Ryan, Tommy and Gaz were friendly and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and are very good workers. Very happy with the new roof as it looks a million dollars!

Had a problem with my roof and leakproof and their team was able to attend and fix my problem in a matter of hours, would definitely recommend!

Had a leaking balcony and had one company out previously and no luck in a longstanding repair. I was given a great quote and booked in for a repair. On the day the guys were very knowledgeable and considerate and made sure everything was done to a high standard.
