I ordered 2 masks over 2 months ago. Still have not received my product. They keep sending solicit emails. As if I would ever buu anything else from their site. They will give you the run around thru emails, like your order has been shipped and give you a fake tracking number. Total Scam. And they should be taken to court.

I order mask from them and wait over 2 months.
If I knew they are coming from China I will never purchase ( they address showing Tampa , FL). I like to buy American products not China , but they not tell you ) When I purchase mask they send me email telling me order is processing. ( 2 months , very quick from Florida to South Carolina 😂 )
When the mask arrived I find out they are very poor quality. If you want to buy something from them , please thing twice. Never again

Company charges for orders and doesn't ship for months. Their response to queries is always the same: things are backed up, but rest assured the item will be shipped. Once the items are finally received, they are junk. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

I ordered face mask in February I haven’t received them this is a scam pleas do not order anything from here . I called them they never answer I already reported them to BBB hope they shut them down. They do not exist they only take your money

I too ordered 2 masks on 3rd March. I, and my husband have made complaints the last one asking for a refund and that my patience was running thin. We get the same response every time, ignoring the question. It's like
they just press a button for a automatic email. Angry is a mild word to describe how i feel,

If I could give zero starts, I would! I also ordered early March, two months ago, and get the same email that my order is in transit. When I looked up tracking, it’s all over the place. Went from China to Jamaica, all over the US, then said it was disposed of by USPS. Then somehow it started traveling again and was delivered to Kansas when I live in Florida. I have asked countless times for a refund and get the same crap back every time.

Ditto Ditto Ditto. Mask ordered on Feb 29th...got a few fake-o emails with tracking info, and then got tracking info that mask was delivered in early April, but it was to an address in a different state. Then another email saying problem was corrected and new mask on the way to the correct address....it's now May 3rd and no mask!!!

I ordered a mask in mid February.....it’s now May 1, 2020 and I’m still waiting for my order.
They flat-out are refusing to refund me as they keep saying my order is in transit for delivery which I’ve verified to no avail.
There’s been zero update on my delivery for over 6 weeks and they told me a refund was not possible as it was allegedly in transit.
Furthermore, I turned a friend onto them and she placed her order 2 days after mine....and got hers about 3 weeks later—-but IT WASN'T WHAT SHE ORDERED. They were different flimsily made masks.
I now have to dispute the charge with my bank.

This company is not serious about there business. Order 5 mask in February not been delivered yet. Approached via email is always some excused about it. This mask are comming from China. If they ever get here i just wonder the qualities. Dont be a fool sont order from them.

This “company” is obviously run by foreigners who have little concern for customer satisfaction. I ordered a face mask which took 6 weeks to arrive and there is simply no way to secure it around your head. Just ear loops. It just hangs in your face. Contacted “customer service” and they said they were sorry but since the picture on their web site was accurate the is no refund possible. When I again wrote them to tell them it was defective, the reply I received was full of bad grammar and lame excuses. They actually said they would like to apologize for “ the stress I experience due to this situation”. Does this sound like any legitimate company you’ve ever dealt with on the internet? I am disputing the charge on cc site. It’s your only alternative.

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered face masks in February still I have received nothing and now they don’t reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.!!!!!
Today is 12/5, still has no information where is my package. Thorough consider before you buy!

I ordered masks for my whole family in March. I was told that I would receive them in 1-3 weeks.
I tried cancelling and even contacted my credit card company after not receiving them in 2 months.
The response from the company was cannot cancel and they are working on the order.....what a joke!
I received 10 flimsy masks in my mailbox today.
Scam artists...website is no longer available.

They took my money for my order and two months later they sent me a bogus notice that my package was delivered but it never was delivered. I sent the company an email letting them know the I never received a package but they never responded.

I ordered 3 gave masks off the leafy clover website 2 months ago and have still not recieved my items! I emailed them because there is no number to call and nothing... BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!

I order 2 masks since 1st week of February, no mask no refund they even gave me a fake tracking number and for the past 3weeks now the tracking is just still in China. Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam

they are not legit!

I asked a refund after weeks of delay on the a 90+$ order before the whole covid-19 crisis started.

I also emailed them and got nothing but an email from the customer service after 1 month!

I ordered 2 mask the first of March and have never received anything! I have demanded a refund and now they won’t answer me. SCAM!!

I paid a lot of money for some face masks at the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak. They never came. Then I found out they are basically a scam company making money off shmucks like myself who trust these web sites.

I also ordered 1 Coronavirus mask has not come I sent 2 emails. A gal responded but it was like all the rest of the people. High demand but said mine was shipped and got tracking number. When I would check didn’t seem to change. Also this was on Facebook. Its a shame they take advantage of people when we are all in the crisis were in with this Coronavirus. Every one should get their money back!
