my personal experience with the assistance is really experienced.
I have never found an after-sales assistance remotely similar.
the guys are perfect, precise, extremely present, decisive and actively participate in solving the problem.
eg: I couldn't get leads - and ROBERT asked me to try with my list, modifying some elements - optimizing it and even telling me step by step what I had to do via video recordings of MY screen sent to him - so not via some stupid forum or youtube channel with useless tutorials.

A GREAT product and service!
I modified my rating and review after a remarkable ✨ intervention from the company to fix the issues I was facing.
The extension worked well initially with few requests, but as soon as I wanted to use it all day on a dedicated laptop, it kept crashing, Google sent me many Captchas, and eventually blocked the requests completely.
I also had an issue with XLSX export when trying to export several thousand leads, but the CSV export works flawlessly.
I reported these incidents to support. For a few days, I didn't hear back from them and thought they were ignoring the problem. But then they sent me a version that included an adjustable delay between requests, and now it works extremely well!
I tested this new version for several days to conduct a thorough test. 350 generic requests, 17,000 leads collected, and only once did I have to refresh the page because I had reduced the delay to see what would happen. But now, with a value of 802 ms between each request, there are no issues.

TLDR: When it looks too good, it probably is.
I saw that Leads Sniper had a HIGH Trustpilot score, but I dug deeper:
1) The overwhelming majority of reviews are from individuals who have never reviewed anything else.
2) No matter what country the reviewer is from, the review reads like nearly perfect American English.
3) Nearly every review is written as a nearly perfect marketing endorsement of the offered tools, including the 4 star reviews.
I'm going to stay well clear of this product and suggest you do the same.

Their customer support rep, Sabrina, was an absolute doll. She helped me out with sorting out the new tool since I didn't have the updated version and for some reason whenever I inputted the keywords into the scraper it didn't automatically scroll down like it used to.
So I reached out for help and in a matter of a couple hours she already hit me back up.
Love the customer support team, love the scraper, love all the lead information, and I also love the new feature of the scraper where they skip leads that have already been inputted into the system that way you don't have to deal with duplicated leads which used to be a pain.
