We wish to highly commend Joanne Stakim, Property Manager for Tonbridge Letting Agents. We experienced a quite serious overnight kitchen (pipe under sink) leak, waking up on morning last week to a real problem. I feared the worst as we all know how this kind of situation can normally take time to resolve. NOT with Jo! She was instantly onto it, assuring us of her full attention and by Monday lunch, through our landlord and with Jo's fast connections to an excellent local plumber - all was sorted. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Jo, and actually the very best we have experienced so far. Superb work Jo! Thank you very much indeed!

Molly jewel is the letting agent that…
Molly jewel is the letting agent that everyone needs 💯
We have other properties and other agents and I can say in 20 years no one has performed like Molly.
She has been absolutely on the ball and on point throughout the whole process keeping us updated and informed and doing exactly what she said would when she said it - that is rare !!!!
I’d highly recommend Molly to any landlord looking to work with a Lettings Team for their property.

Tonbridge are quite rude
Tonbridge are quite rude. I was approached about a letting via email. Few emails back and forth, initially fine, but the moment my wage fell slightly short to 'pass referencing', never heard another word. I got 'ghosted' but an agent, literally dropped like I was infected with something deadly. So my judgement is - probably better if they see money.

We have been with Leaders since 5 yrs . Generally the service has been pretty good ,thanks to Tilly overall albeit ,with some minor fluctuations due to small degree of continuity. We have had good service from Property Manager Mia Evans who was prompt,professional and supportive. Puraniks

Mea of Leaders has been very efficient in handling the management of my rental property. If the tenants report any issues Mea is quick to inform me, and then good at getting these issues resolved on my behalf.

Update
I wanted to write a quick review on my Leaders experience.
I have been with the agency for many years and they have been looking after my properties.
On the whole,service has been good but there have been periods of ups and downs as staff leave and often issues would not be dealt with by your local branch.
But recently,with the addition of Mea,things are definitely on the up.
She is very professional,considerate and caring,and communication (most important)is excellent.
And all issues get dealt with speedily.
Long may it continue.

Outstanding service from Mea Evan’s who responded incredibly quickly when our boiler has issues a few weeks ago. She showed empathy and a sense of urgency both over the telephone and on the Leaders reporting system. We really appreciated her assistance with resolving the issue.
