Leaders - Northampton Anmeldelser

Over the past few years I have used a number of different property rental agents to manage my properties. I have not been impressed with the service from any of them. That is until a friend recommended Leaders. The service they offer is absolutely excellent. The Northampton office is managed by a very dedicated lady named Jolanta. She really does ensure that everything is done to find good quality, reliable, tenants. Jolanta ensures that all necessary documentation is handled without any fuss and all maintenance issues are resolved quickly, at a surprisingly low cost. Thanks to Jolanta and her dedicated team, all the stress I previously had with other agents has completely gone. I am very impressed with Jolanta and Leaders. I highly recommend them.

From the moment we went in to the branch, Lillian was so amazingly kind and helpful.
She was on hand to answer any questions we had and help throughout the process, and she respsonded in a quick and
effeicent way. We had no trouble with any aspects of moving house, as they took all the stress of moving away.
The day we moved we received a "welcome gift pack" which was a lovely touch and very thoughtful.
I would highly recommend Lillian and the Leaders, Northampton team when looking at moving house.

Lillian was outstandingly helpful throughout the entire process of starting a new tenancy. She patiently answered all my questions about how the system works. I'll upgrade this review in future in the hope that they will continue to do a good job.

A very nice experience, Lillian and Jolanta have been very kind with us and they helped us with everything we need. Thank you Leaders team!

My experience with Leaders Northampton was in the hands of Lillian mainly. She and her team worked so hard to ensure we secured a place. I couldn't be happier with the outcome in the end no matter the struggle we went through from application process to receiving the keys. Though the process was a journey, it was quick and trustworthy. Leaders Team and especially Lillian have been very professional in their job and for the house side of it is excellent. Your outcome has been satisfactory and cannot thank you enough. Thank you so much for the encounter with Leaders as we enjoy our stay.

My experience with Leaders Northampton was a brilliant one. I wasnt too experienced with the procedures but they made it easy and straightforward. My first contact with Leaders was Faith G. who conducted the viewings and she was very helpful and clear. In the office I also dealt with Lillian and Jolanta, who were exquisite and professional. Faith has followed my application from start to finish and made it seamless. Overall I would definitely recommend Leaders for their great and competent staff. 5 stars!

Leaders have recently re let my property. They informed me of each viewing and secured some new tenants quickly. I mainly dealt with Lillian via email and found her to be friendly and efficient. Everything I needed to do was communicated clearly and in good time.

Easy and well managed process, Lillian was our main point of contact and was great. Would recommend highly.
