I was well taken care of by Bilaal. He’s such an amazing agent and a very patient one at that. Right from day one he has always taken his time to explain things to me and has always made sure to follow up and make sure that all my documents have been submitted. He has been of really great help to me and I am looking forward to moving in soon.

Really bad service / experience when it comes to renting with these, They forget about you for weeks / months / years without resolving issues that need resolving, which they incourage you to report on there website but you never get them resolved, One of many issues I'm having with them having asked to change the not working out of date smoke alarms from 2020. Their response every year is " dear sir, can you replace the batteries " shocking as it should be classed as health and safety issues.. but they are quick to take your money every month,
Please be careful in renting with Leaders luton.
