Leaders - Ipswich Anmeldelser

Abigail is an absolute 5 star worker.
Had some problems with my hot water and Abi was straight on the case to get it sorted.
Had problems with my heaters and Abi was straight on it as well.
She is very polite and helpful whenever I have any issues with my property.
Would definitely recommend.

Would like to leave a 5 star review for Abigail Gwilliam who always goes above and beyond for us as tenants. We have been in our house for 2 years now and she has never failed to help us when needed!

I moved to my home almost 3 years ago and had no end of issues now to the point the roof has a leak and the living room ceiling is caving in!

Leaders clearly don't give a toss because there leaving it like it!

Many thanks to Abi at Ipswich Branch for advice given over the phone in regards to renting a property.

Called to enquire about rental properties and ask a host of questions. Abi was very helpful, answered what I needed answering and when the time comes to move will certainly call back.
Thank you for your time and help.

Great guys, easy to deal with. Shoutout to Abi, always helps out and responds quickly!

Abigail Gwilliam provided excellent service regarding dealing with two water leaks in my apartment, which I let as a landlord. She acted for the landlord of the apartment above mine. She was always very proactive, helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick at progressing the various steps involved. Well done Abi and many thanks for all your efforts.

One year into the tenancy and it has been an absolute disappointment. Raising a formal complaint about their lack of service and absolute disrespect for tenants.

I would highly recommend this agency, as someone who has lived in England for 20 years no other agency or private landlord have been as efficient and quick to respond than Leaders. Our property manager Alice Bevan has been helpful with issues in the past.

As a tenant of Leaders as well as a contractor, they are always very quick and efficient and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Abi my property manager is great and responds quickly to answer any questions or resolve any issues I have. Highly recommend Leaders whether you’re a tenant, landlord or to work with as a contractor.

The best agency I worked with so far, I rented a property with Leaders in January and so far they’re very helpful and always available to solve any issue, Abigail Gwilliam it’s been always very helpful and so far the best agent I ever worked with, 100% I’ll recommend them to friends and family

Very bad experience! The virtual and physical tour showed white goods however the House was handed over without informing that white goods were not available. When asked about that I was asked if I was aware about Facebook Marketplace and I can buy from there!!! The property manager was not helpful for the repairs as well.

I've been in contact with Leaders recently re some maintenance that was required. Abi was straight onto the case and quickly arranged for the contract to contact me. I had a couple of other (separate) queries so emailed Abi and received a prompt reply - I can't fault the service provided in either case, it was excellent.

Really great experience from the Ipswich letting team. Marcus great service in sales. Abigail and Megan 1st class property management in lettings. Very responsive quick to resolve issues great communication.

I have introduced a couple of houses from my portfolio to Leaders which have difficult circumstances. Both Abi and Marcus, amongst others, have taken these on and embraced the challenging circumstances with no complaints. Thanks for all your help. Stefan

Another year gone and another year of excellent service from the team at Ipswich Leaders. My thanks go to Glenda Emery, my property manager for her continued help, guidance and good service, and also to Abi Gwilliam for her prompt actions in addressing a heating emergency. Both are a credit to the company.

Abi and Freya at Leaders Ipswich have been brilliant helping set up and run a tenancy locally giving me peace of mind as a landlord- thank you for a fab service so far!

Abi Gwilliam has been very helpful in lots of matters for us. Thank you!

Love dealing with the staff on managing my properties.
Always helpful and courteous.
Big thanks to Abi
