Leaders - Colchester Anmeldelser

Great communication and speedy responses from Robert Perry. Very helpful and always available to help me when required. Always had a great experience and good customer service.

I have been with Leaders for the past 7 years now, and they have proved very reliable. I have good working relationship with them particularly Kayleigh Barham. She has been very helpful and supportive throughout my stay in the property. She have sorted all the major issues we have in a timely manner. Much appreciated all members and staff of Leaders Estate Agents Colchester

Robert Perry has been awesome and extremely attentive and understanding. If you have an issue he will respond extremely quickly and try his best to help. Leaders overall have been a good experience and probably the best out of all the letting agents I have been with. Thank you all and especially Robert :)

Kayleigh has been managing our properties for a while. She is professional and good humoured and is someone we find very easy to deal with. All our queries and instructions to her are acted upon promptly. We value her knowledge and guidance. Thanks Kayleigh.

I've been using "Leaders" now for the past two years and have been very pleased with the level of service they've consistently provided. I've been especially impressed with the Assisitant property manager, Lynette Baker, for whom no task , no matter how small or large, appears to phase or cause her any problems. I can always rely on Lynette to answer any emails or queries I have extremely quickly and she always manages to resolve any problems expeditiously and with the minimum of fuss. I'm very grateful to both her and her colleagues for their help and professionalism over the last two years and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and Lynette Baker in particular, to any landlords that were considering letting out their properties.

Rented with originally letting shop then it went over to leaders for 20 years in total Viktorija was our property manager I found her to be polite easy to contact, our end of tenancy was dealt with quickly and effectively and whilst managing the property any problem was dealt with professionally and straight away I found her to be a very nice person with excellent customer service.

Excellent agency.
I have been dealing with Leaders for over 6 years now and have always found them to be friendly and efficient. Especially Robert Perry who always seems to go beyond the call of duty to get things sorted.
Many thanks

We rented our flat from leaders in Colchester since 2022.
I most say Julie has been very helpful.
Anytime we have problems. It is sorted out right away.
The flat is in great condition.
We are comfortable here. No issues at all.

Lettings manager Julie Preston is always friendly and professional. Any issues I've had have been dealt with quickly. Very happy with the service I've received from leaders Colchester and in particular Julie who has made living here letting a pleasure.

Leaders are the letting agent for a property that we rent. Over the last few years we have needed to have several things done and this has been handled by Guy Cooper-Clarke. He’s great! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Not everything has been straightforward but he’s always got things sorted!

Julie Preston helped me handled the issue I had with my neighbour perfectly. I am so happy with the excellent service she rendered.

Julie Preston in your colchester office is amazing, she's so friendly, helpful and always efficient. I rent my property and I know I can always count on her to keep in contact when needed.

Excellent service as ever from Robert and the team at leaders.

Leaders have efficiently managed my property for over 20 years.

My current manager, Paulina Danaj, is reactive, proactive and responsive. All matters are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.

As a result … happy landlord, happy tenant

We have used Essex & Suffolk and now Leaders for close to 20 years. The longevity of the service is testament to the staff and consistent service we receive with little fuss or issues. Julie Preston and Rob Perry have both been familiar names for many many years and continue to show passion, responsiveness and professionalism in their approach. We'd be very happy to recommend Leaders as well as Julie and Rob for your managed service.

I started to rent a property from Leaders recently. I never rented a property from them.
I am glad that I chose this agency. I didn't get any problems with them from the beginning. I am lucky as well that I met a good agent her name is Chloe Dance. She is very responsible and organise agent in Leaders. She always response and explains quick about any questions. All my process about documents etc came through quick!
I do recommend Leaders as an agency👏🏻

Excellent service can not fault in any way

I’ve been renting out a property for the last 15 years. I’ve been lucky enough to have Rob Perry dealing with my rental property all this time. Rob is professional, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him. I’m always informed of any changes or problems to do with the flat and I find him to be caring towards landlord and tenants alike.

Really good advice from Robert Perry, very helpful and professional, good knowledge of letting industry.

Leaders management has been exceptional. Year on year Rob Perry's communication and prompt response to any issues is outstanding. Highly recommended.
