Leaders - Clacton-On-Sea Anmeldelser

Laura. Who works at the Clacton on sea branch was really helpful. We viewed many properties together and each time, she was polite, friendly and very professional.

Eventually, I managed to find a place with another Agent, but I recommend Leaders, they are great, especially Laura, thank you.

Grace was the most amazing person she helped me get my first flat and she was so helpful and kind and I couldn’t be more grateful for Grace

Having dealt with leaders at the Clacton branch I found the staff in the rental side to be extremely supportive and efficient and kept in contact with me at all times very helpful.

Had an amazing experience with leaders, especially Jake. He has been super helpful the whole way through everything

Fantastic service, great communication and fully informed though out the process of finding new tenants.
Found new tenants very quickly.
Smooth check out of previous tenants and really made us feel at ease
Answered any questions we had quickly
Thank you very much

I would like to recommend to everyone that's the best agents they are very helpful, professional and supportive.

This review is for Rebecca Proctor.

She handled our rental, and went above and beyond, chasing answer's and finding alternatives when the answer's didn't go in our favour !.

10/10 for Rebecca, she should be running the show...deserving of a pay rise✅️

Friendly team, quick and efficient, and very informative

Used Leaders for a property that I wanted to let. Grace was brilliant in explaining the process to me and what needed to be done aswell keeping me updated on what was happening and answering the many questions that I had. Thankyou.

Grace was extremely helpful nd professional throughout the whole process and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend Leaders.

Good communication. Always friendly, helpful and polite

I have used leaders letting agents for many years now and have always gone back to them. My recent experience with them was dealing with Jake Charters and I found him to be very professional and helpful through out the letting process. I was kept up to date via email and phone on a regular basis with any questions I had were answered very quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also dealt with Rebecca and I found the whole team to be friendly and helpful whilst also providing a very professional and personal service

Easy and friendly

Very happy with leaders and Jake who helped me find my new property

Leaders in clacton on sea is awful. I went in to ask about putting my property on the market and there was a 40 year old woman with red hair who was so rude to me. She was pushy and very condescending to me and put me off completely. The manger was also an absolute rude man. Big headed and rude and sarcastic. I couldn’t give my business to them so went with haart instead. Head office at leaders sort the Clacton branch out as they are honestly rude.

Leaders in Clacton have recently helped to sell a house which is now the home of a first time buyer who we hope will be very happy there. Rick and Laura were on hand to guide the process and supported both buyer and seller during a complex sale. If you are looking for an estate agent who will support you from beginning to end, whatever the circumstances, I highly recommend them to you.

Jake, Grace & Rebecca always helpful and professional always responsive on the phone & email. Great with technology as well. Definitely recommend

Avoid at all costs!

Watch out for Rick Hall and Karl Stock!

Do not be fooled by these backhanded sharks. I just wanted to sell my property but got reeled into their money-grabbing backhanded relationships with Lifetime Legal, who try to overcharge for a Credit Check and then upsell you into the crappy membership that you don't need, as stated by the sales agent when on the call. Even after requesting not to proceed, I have been charged the 80 pounds that is of no use to anyone now!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

So two weeks into the search for my in laws property and Leaders in Clacton have by far been the best agent but this is all down to the young lady Ruby who has been going above and beyond to help us. Nothing asked if her is too much, she is a credit to the company.
