Leaders - Chester Anmeldelser

There is a young lady in the northwich office who single handled moved me into my place. When I say I'm totally useless at following links and filling forms out I'm up there with the best of them. Poor grace had no idea what she had coming to her when she met me yet all the way through she was totally professional always wore a smile and her banter was out of this world. Honestly if you come to the northwich office ask for her. I cant thankyou enough grace.

A heartfelt thank you for Julie Rennie @ Leaders Chester for her professional attitude and work during our tenancy.

We wish all the team best of success in all your ongoing engagements.

Our agent Grace is extremely helpful, friendly and professional so far, looking forward to continue dealing with her!

I am so happy to approach Leaders, so helpful .Thank you Leaders for for your prompt response and help.

Imogen (chester branch) has always got a kind and friendly manner and she’s always trying her best to help us out whatever our problem might be. I can’t really fault her to be honest, she responds to emails fast when i’ve emailed her in the past and she’s just a lovely girl to speak to !

The agent Holy was very helpful throughout the house hunt process. She always responded and was very honest and polite.

Holly was amazing helping us with our move to the new house!

Leaders definitely know how to care for people and are always kind and patient with all the questions/problems.

Definitely recommend!

Had a really positive experience with Leaders as a tenant, thanks to Gemma Byron who was our property manager. Gemma was always really helpful with any questions we had. She is friendly and empathetic and I would recommend Leaders as a lettings agency because of our experience with her.

Brilliant experience right from initial contact until singing the rental agreements. Chole was awesome in following up and doing the needful.

Thanks to the team.
Very helpful in securing the house.

Holly at Leaders helped us find a beautiful home, making the entire process seamless and well-organized. We highly recommend Leaders for anyone searching for a place- they were incredibly helpful and patient in answering our many questions as newcomers to the country.

Holly at Leaders helped us find an amazing property to rent. While viewing one that wasn't quite right for us she mentioned a couple of others we might be interested in and the next day she showed us the one we're in now. We wanted to move in 2 weeks so it was hectic, but Holly and the team at Leaders were amazingly supportive, kind and patient. Using the online system was really easy and whenever we had a query responses were quick. Can't fault the experience, brilliant! Thanks Holly and all the team at Leaders!

I’m a landlord registered with leaders since circa 2017 and over the past few months their service has been exemplary. Helpfulness and communication has been top notch resulting in a much improved experience than in previous years.
In particular I would like to thank Hannah Nuckley in her role as property care manager and also Francesca based in the Chester branch. Always a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

Kirsty has been amazing getting the property across the line.

Thank you

John

Leaders is an absolutely great agency with amazing agents. I’ve had a wonderful experience with them especially with Kirsty Diggory she wonderful and very quick to respond to any queries.

We're in the process of having to vacate our current rental (where we've been for 8 years) due to the landlord selling up. We have viewed a fair number of potential properties through several different agencies. Holly has been most helpfully responsive, to email enquiries and keeping the lines of communication open - particularly valuable to us as our deadline line to relocate is so close. She conducted a property viewing for us last evening, and it was refreshing not to have any hint of an 'oversell' on her part, allowing us to form our personal appraisal of the house without distraction - yet always giving transparent and useful answers to our questions. She was true to her word and sent us the necessary questionnaire in a timely fashion. We have confidence that she will continue to assist professionally, and she has provided a very positive first impression of Leaders, Chester.

Through my first property purchase I would like to thank Leaders for been next to me throughout this journey and for the regular communication and updates. Special thanks to Toni and Emma for their outstanding and amazing service!

Leaders have been great throughout the application process, hopefully nothing changes moving forward. Thank you!

Leaders is a great letting agency and I have worked with many of their staff but I wanted to highlight the great work of Andrew Jones, the senior letting consultant who really helped me when it came to my property! They also use a great platform so it helps me keep track of my property as a landlord.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate Holly Minshull for her brilliant service. Truly appreciate Holly's effort for taking time to show the property 2nd time for second tenant and addressing the queries that we have raised.
