I couldn't have chosen better than Leader Removals for my recent move and I highly recommend them. Kal and Letty in the office were always available, polite and helpful. They made everything seem simple and achievable, rather than complicated and daunting like the other firms that gave me quotes.

Dimo and Petur worked calmly to pack me up the day before the move, then Dimo, Ivan and Vince worked tirelessly on the day while always taking the utmost care and attention. Every one of the team I encountered were great, but for me Dimo was the star of the show! Should have listened to you, Dimo, when you advised me to pack the toaster with the other 'essentials' - still haven't found it! You know your stuff.

Please don't change the way you do things, Leader, if deserved success means you become a bigger company.

The move went like clockwork. The team were friendly and helpful, well led and worth every penny.

My boyfriend and I recently moved from separate houses to one and could not say better things about the team. They arrived promptly, packed all my things with such care and assurance. They then went to my partners address to collect his things and unloaded everything room by room. From our very first conversation, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with you. Your friendly manner, clear communication, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful experience feel far more manageable and straightforward. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the two gentlemen who carried out the move on the day. They were both incredibly professional, polite, and hardworking, demonstrating a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Moving into a new-build property always comes with its own unique challenges, and in my case, the access to my flat was less than ideal. However, both men took this in their stride. They quickly assessed the situation, explained their plan to me clearly, and executed it efficiently. I was so impressed by how well they adapted to the circumstances without any fuss or hesitation.

All of my belongings arrived at my new home safely and in perfect condition. I truly appreciated the care and respect shown to my possessions — it gave me complete peace of mind throughout the day.

We cannot thank Anthony, Vince and Peter enough for the professional and caring way they moved us from North London to Kent earlier this week. Anthony and Vince speedily and efficiently packed us up the day before, then with Peter they loaded
the vans and we were ready to go just after midday on the day of our move. On arrival, they unloaded with the same care and speed, checking where we wanted everything to be, with Vince even dismantling and replacing the arm of our awkward sofa which would not fit through the door at our new home.

Their caring, professional approach was second to none, not to mention their banter and humour which kept us laughing throughout the day.

Communication with this company was always friendly and understanding from the initial survey to the end, and their prices were competitive.

Anthony and Vince made the move from out flat into our first house absolutely stress-free. They had everything packed up in no time and were careful and communicative throughout. When we got to the house the sofas wouldn't fit through the doors so the guys speedily removed the doors and a shelf on the inside of the hall, got the sofas in (while being extremely careful not to scuff the brand new flooring), and then reattached everything so you wouldn't know anything had happened. Vince also disassembled and reassembled my office chair and desk extremely quickly so that they would fit around some tight corners. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were an absolute joy to work with, and well worth the very reasonable cost. Thank you again Anthony and Vince!

I thought I’d have time to finish squeezing the air out of compression bags and taping up a few last boxes—nope! The movers were so fast, I was basically packing in slow motion compared to them.

They handled everything with military precision, moving my stuff to the storage unit and arranging it so neatly, I half expected to find a blueprint of their organizational strategy. If only everything else in this country related to buying and moving was this efficient, I’d be writing this review from my new place instead of a pile of paperwork!

Exceptionally professional removals company.
This is the third time I have used them for removals from Surrey to Gloucestershire.
They are brilliant and totally professional and I recommend them unreservedly.

Seriously an amazing team. Very reasonable pricing, and attentive customer service. The team led by Ivan were very punctual. They quickly loaded quite a lot of boxes, furniture. Upon arrival they unloaded everything in the correct rooms. Absolutely no damage to any item or to property at either location. We will not move ever again, but if we had to - this is the team we'd turn to.

We couldn’t have asked for a better removal team. The four men we had from 7am-7pm on day of completion were incredibly professional - so kind, so caring and just really lovely guys. They cared so much and helped us decide where to put furniture in our new house, didn’t just plonk it in the garage and leave. It’s a hard enough day as it is moving house but with the team we had, it was made so easy. I couldn’t fault them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If we ever move again, I’ll 100% be contacting Letty (wonderful receptionist) to arrange we have the EXACT same team we had. Just the nicest guys who left me speechless and really quite emotional at the end of the day by their incredible work and dedication to their job of moving us from one home to another, so impeccably well.
