In December 23rd, I purchased the Growth Starter Plan for $395 through Estatif. My payment receipt was issued by Lead Empire LLC.

Since the purchase, I have received no follow-up regarding the preparation or delivery of qualified leads. I have attempted to cancel my subscription, but I have not yet received a refund. Additionally, I have tried calling the contact number provided on the receipt, 1-855-598-2163, five separate times. Each time, the call failed to connect and terminated immediately.

They have not processed my cancellation and issued a full refund. I have received no response.

This company is a scam not one lead was verified and most didn't know I was calling or never answered and this company doesn't return calls or answer phones hardly ever will not refund my $550 never got one quality lead. They take your money and stop engaging with you. I basically paid for a product that wasnt valid or real leads. I never seen scammers like this before. They need to be locked up and I want my money back . They basically scammed me and has not refunded my money back and do not send any leads that are real leads. These people had no idea I was calling nor did they give them the information they sent me unbelievable!! Run fast and do not refer period. It took them 3 weeks to respond with generic text message they send everyone. no one is going to answer phones red flags everywhere. Report anyone who has used this company

This is a company that will take your money for the promise of supplying real estate leads, however once they have the payment they stop responding and do not supply any services.
I signed an agreement on 4/15/2025. Received a lead on 4/29/2024
I contacted them in August as there had been no additional leads sent, and received this response below:

Please rest assured, resolving this remains a top priority for us. The situation has now improved significantly, and we expect to begin sending leads to you shortly.
This is only a temporary disruption, and we remain committed to delivering the full number of leads promised in your subscription. Maintaining lead quality and consistency is always our focus.

I reached back and decided to cancel the service, this as allowed in the contract.
I was told they would have someone reach out to me. After that date their phone never connected to a voicemail or was disconnected, on occasion it would ring again as I tried to reach them many times.
To this day there is no contact or any new leads from them.

Horrrible company! Please save your hard earned money. They told me I have 60 days to try and if I am not happy with the leads, they will give my $1099 for the year back in full. The leads were awful or fake! I emailed, text and called many many times and even have written confirmation that they will refund the money and it just takes some time and reassured me that I will get the money refunded. It has been 8 months and nothing and after a few texts and emails, they started ignoring me. I am researching to see if I can apply in small claims court.

You can tell this company is a scam. Just call their number and you don't get a person and they don't call you back. I'm sure all the 5 star reviews are bogus. Don't waste your money.

After posting my experience with LeadEmpire on Trust Pilot, Edward Wilson from LeadEmpire contacted me both by email, call and text. He apologized and blamed fake lead issue on an individual that no longer works for the company. He said he could not refund my money right away but would on Aug 6th when his paypal account would be working again, I have given him the option of mailing a check and he refused, then he texted me asking me to remove my review and if I did he would send me $300 immediatley. I told him I would update the review when this was resolved, and the refund was given as promised. Still no refund and no leads since I have asked to end our agreement...my 90 day trial period was over in June ( it was guranteed satisfaction or money back promise and in contract ) and I have asked for a refund ever since my first lead was a dead person.

I am on the do not call list and they contacted me over text solicitation. They did not give their name or company name and tried to get me on a live transfer with no information or written agreement. Unprofessional and shady business.

Realtors please read this before you pay them. A complete scam lead program. They don't screen leads, they don't provide emails, they don't do what they agree to. I started this lead program in March 2025. Around 60 days of starting finally got 2 bogus leads. I decide it was a rip off and asked for a refund. They respond and said i need to wait a few more months. Then got two more leads. One said they never inquired about buying and never spoken to anyone. The other lead was not qualified and could not buy. None of these leads are screened. After several emails asking for a refund got an email saying they had CRM problems and would get back to me. Two more months went by and no response. A prior complaint below said same thing about CRM. I sent three more emails asking for a refund zero response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. They rejected refund because Empire goes thru pay pal. I then got the transaction number and filed a dispute directly to paypal. Good news paypal refunded me. Please don't use them and put them out of business. A complete scam and a waste of money. 3/17/2026 nothing from them on my complaints.

BEWARE - Jason from Lead Empire sends out ANNOYING and unwanted Spam solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal "Do Not Contact" list! Also notice that the majority of their positive reviews are NOT from verified Trust Pilot users and they have only done 1 review, and it’s for Lead Empire, SUSPICIOUS!

I took Chance with LeadEmpire and I am glad I did Their system is efficient,and the leads are much better then what I was getting elsewhere The combination of ISA verified leads and scheduled appointments saved me time and energy. I already closed 2 transactions and expect more by next quarter

Just closed my first one with a lead from Lead Empire! I received my initial membership fee back so wow! No risk. Good leads. Hope to close more this year. The referral is based on my net commission (after broker split) not off-the-top referral so that’s a plus. Thanks and looking forward to receiving more leads!

If I could give them a zero I would. They haven’t done any of what they promised. I requested a cancellation and they told me my account was under review and that t has been almost a month. Don’t use them!!
Customer service NEVER answers err s the phone and they will schedule a call with you and NOT make the call. Their excuse is always that the system was down.
The leads are NOT LIVE TRANSFERS AS STATED and definitely not worth calling back. They claim to replace bad leads but they only replace them with MORE BAD LEADS. Don’t waste your time or money trying to work with them.

I was skeptical at first, but the leads come in, the appointments are booked for me, and all I have to do is show up and close. It feels like I have a personal assistant working behind the scenes. Can’t recommend them enough

Do not use this company. They promise ‘quality’ leads. I was given 3 leads in 60 days, none of the leads knew why I even was calling them. I requested the refund within 90 days and now they are ignoring me. Initially they said they would reach out within 24 hours, NEVER happened. I had to initiate a BBB claim and dispute with American Express.

Fellow agents who posted reviews above- or anyone currently using them- why do they want an upfront fee? I am not trusting this process. I am a seasoned Realtor. I really haven't purchased leads in years. Your reviews seem to convey their leads are valid/strong. I have 3- yes 3- sales people from that company hounding me almost every day. It's becoming extremely annoying. Why do you need $364 from me if you’re taking a 20% referral..?!?!? Only (1) * cause I couldn’t proceed w/out hitting one.

I don't believe this is a true referral network. When Raymond(the guy who called) said I have to pay them referral fees out of my commission split I explained to him that the referral has to go to the Remax Office and they will write a check to the referring brokerage. He just wouldn't understand, instead he advised that my broker too can sign up for the leads with them. Not interested in buying leads, made that very clear by text but this caller was probably overseas and doesn't know how real estate works in a pure referral network not lead purchasing. They are calling their company a referral company for RE but operating as a lead generation company.

As a real estate agent since 2015, I recently joined LeadEmpire, and it's been a great experience. Out of these, 6 never responded ,4 changed their minds, 3 were not interested in buying or selling, I successfully closed 7 deals, and I'm currently in contact with the remaining 4. I understand that not all internet leads convert, but the quality of leads from leadempire has been impressive. They also showcase my listings and profile effectively. Additionally, their support team is excellent, always read to assist when needed. Overall. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Working with LeadEmpire has been a game-changer for my business. they consistently provide quality leads, and whenever I receive one that's out of my service area, they're quick to replace it once I give them a heads-up.
